I have worked for Carelynx since July of last year. I am a widow and live alone. I worked customer service for over 20 years for local manufacturing company's. I took care of a very ill husband who had strokes until he was bedridden and past away. I lost my 49 year old son whom I took care of from 2015-2020. He had In Stage Renal Failure, COPD, Congestive heart failure . I have spent a lot of my life making doctor appointments. Taking care of medication for my husband and son. I can take clients to do grocery shopping , Doctors appointments . I have dependable transportation. I can do meal prep but I cannot climb stairs. I am very dependable and enjoy helping people. I do not do housework . I have been fully vaccinated with all Covid Vaccines.

Patience when dealing with the elderly is a essential for me as a caregiver, to be patient I'm a very dependability when it comes to the well-being of my clients. I'm Attentiveness, Trustworthiness, Compassionate it takes a very special kind of person to be caregiver. After caring for my fiance's bed bound Uncle for 2 years back in 2013, I found myself going to night school to get into the Medical Field, so I could do more for patients like him. The entire time I was putting myself through night school, I took care of a few other disabled elderly neighbors. While working at NCMC hospital, and then a Gastroenterologist office, I did not feel I was where God wanted me. After speaking with the doctor I was working for and his wife, they pointed me in a direction to help hospice clients. I finally felt I was where God wanted me. In December of 2019, after my sister passed away from cancer, my Mom called and asked me to come home. She said she needed me to help her during her surgeries. I didn't hesitate. I sold my house and moved up here to Fayetteville to help my brother with my Mom. 6 months later she passed and I found myself right back in Home Health Care. I have always gone where I was needed and wanted. The appreciation the clients show me, just from the way their eyes smile at me, that pulls me right back to where I feel I belong. My apologies for not being available on the weekends. I was blessed with becoming a grandmother, shortly after my mom passed, so my weekends are pretty much taken up by my precious Grandson. Monday - Friday, if I am open, I would love to step in and help. Remember, no matter where you are in this walk of life, God has a plan for each and everyone of us. Hi there! I am a natural caregiver. I went straight to into the medical field and always seemed to work in the operating room/surgery field as clinical staff as well as a manager. I have managed to keep my two children alive and well and proud to say I am a their mother! My son is at Texas A&M and my daughter is officially a high school senior! As far as careers, I changed from the clinical side to the legal/medical malpractice side. I have extensive in-home and private caretaker experience.
