Hi my name is Brittney. I am 31 years young. I love helping people and seeing the smiles on the families faces. Not many people have the capacity to be a caregiver. I love it. I love seeing my patients get better and be their happy selves. I am so proud of myself for getting on at the hospital and helping Cancer and dimentia patients get the help they need.

I feel my personality is very personable, hard working, and willing to go above and beyond. I love being able to help any way that I can, I have always been attracted to helping anyone. I love being able to put a smile on someone's face, if I can make someone smile, I know my job is done. My proudest personal achievement is getting my current job, SPED PCA.

My name is Kaitlyn, I'm 25 and really enjoy helping people and doing all I can to make peoples lives easier. My favorite part about being a care giver is forming bonds and talking to people, getting to know about everything they love and putting a smile on their face! What attracted me to being a caregiver is taking care of my late grandmother and making sure she got the right care she needed. A personal achievement I'm proud of would of course be becoming a mother!

I enjoy caregiving because I like to help other people with any type of disability's. I enjoy being able to make my clients feel safe and happy. I became a caregiver to help an elder parent, when she would need more help. It is a good feeling knowing what to do when she needs help. I do like helping people and I have a sunny positive outlook on life.

I have been a cna over 10 years

While working on my Bachelor's Degree in Biology and Secondary Education at Rowan University in Glassboro, NJ, my paternal grandmother was diagnosed with Alzheimer's Disease. Having been a certified home health aide (while my children were young), I was the natural choice to care for my grandmother. While caring for her, I studied everything I could find on dementia and attended care conferences and symposiums in the tri-state area to learn as much as I could about the disease process and adaptations for care. When she passed away in 2005, I began looking for career options working with this very special population. I have been an Assisted Living dementia programmer/trainer/support group facilitator ever since. I have also had extensive experience with hospice, MS, dementia, and paraplegic care through Bayada Nurses, Inc. in Toms River, NJ. I have been a resident of Danville, VA for 4 years now; transferring to a sister building of the same assisted living facility that I worked for in NJ. In October 2014 I completed my Bachelors Degree in Human Services and Gerontology, summa cum laude, from Kaplan University. My goal is to become a fulltime dementia programming teacher; training healthcare providers, community service workers, lawyers, doctors, and emergency care providers.

I am interested in obtaining a part time C.N.A. position in your home. I have all the qualities to be a valuable asset to any C.N.A. position. I especially enjoy geriatrics and the mentally challenged. I am a caring and empathetic person by nature. I listen more than talk. I am helpful to client and family to create a pleasant and enjoyable day for everyone. I also have a sweet natured, clean &pleasant 2yr Lab mix I rescued and call her my therapy dog. She is no trouble to bring on overnights or longer shifts.

I am a compassionate energetic female with a good sense of humor. I have 15+ years experience. First as a cna and then as a licensed nurse working with hospice and geriatric clients . I am very dependable. Both my parents had hospice at home. I know the importance of being some where when people depend on you. It is rewarding for me to know that families feel a sense of relief that their loved ones are in good hands when I care for them

I love working with the elderly. I am compassionate and professional. I have been in the medical field for 5 years now and I am working towards my medical administration degree. I love getting to know the people and hearing there stories. The thing that attracted me to caregiver services is that I have seen alot of elderly patients just left and no one to help take care of them when they are not capable to do so that's where I come in. The thing that I enjoy most about being a caregiver is because I am helping someone in need and I always love helping the ones in need. My personal achievement that I am proud of is staying in school.
