I am Bethany, I am 18. I'm hardworking, loving and very Caring. What attracts me to be a caregiver is I love helping and taking care of other people. I enjoy most about being a caregiver is giving patients/residents attention and helping them with their needs makes me happy that I can be there to help them and their families. A personal achievement I'm proud of is the capable of getting to be there for the patients/residents.

I began my journey into the Caregiver when my grandmother got sick and I knew it was my calling. I really enjoy being there for others always. I am very patient and very concerned in the happiness and comfortableness of my clients. I follow instructions well and I do like to do a daily journal of my clients day so the family knows all that has happened throughout my day with their loved one.

I am very passionate about the work that I do. I believe that each care plan should be individualized; and each person's needs should be evaluated and assessed on a regular basis. I enjoy the creativity that is involved with being a Caregiver, and I equally enjoy the amazing persons with whom I come into contact. In terms of my personal achievements, the one that I am the most proud of is my success and graduation from two Universities. I have a degree in both Nutrition Science and in Nursing. Similarly, I am certified in Basic Life Support, and I have an active license to practice as a Registered Nurse. In my spare time, I enjoy gardening and watching sports. My schedule is very flexible, and I work dutifully to meet the clients needs.

I never planned to be a CNA but found I truly enjoy the work. enjoy spending time with my clients, being able to help others is rewarding and makes me feel needed. I am a full time college student and the mother of an amazing daughter.

I've had my CNA license for about 6 years, I stopped working in facilities after having my son. I've wanted to be in the Medical field since I was little, I've always got great joy out of helping and caring for others. I'm a great listener and a very compassionate person if someone just needs companionship, but I also have the skills to help with daily living requirements if needed

I became a caregiver 9 yrs, ago. it all began when my aunt was admitted in to a nursing home facility. my grandmother would go visit her on a daily and every day after school I would go with her and every day my aunt would be in the same situation. soiled, left in bed for hours. with bed sores all over her from not being reposition. So from tht day forward I had vow that I would become a nurse or a caregiver. I vowed that I would do my best to make sure tht every patient that I came in contact with will have the best care tht I could provide. it brings me joy that I can help them physical or emotionally. I look at each and everyone of them as my own family. I believe with tht brings out the best in all of us to want to do our best. my best achievement is not of any awards but the reward of being there to my best for my patients to put a smile on there face and for them to feel of importance and to let them knw their voices matters.

I have more than 15 years of clinical experience working with adults. I am a licensed Registered Nurse. I have precepted new graduates, and I have had my certification as a Medical Surgical nurse and in Basic Life Support, and in Acute Care Life Support. I am passionate about caregiving, and I enjoy working with those clients with dementia. I have volunteered with the Alzheimer's Association for the past 5 years. I enjoy helping patients with medication management and skin care. I am able to think critically, and I enjoy working as a member of a cohesive team. I also have experience working with end of life care and palliative care, and I enjoy those disciplines.

I'm a mother to 4 beautiful talented daughters ages 20,18,15,10. My oldest is finishing her 3rd year at UVA. My 18 year old is attending PVCC and is a teachers assistant at the YMCA in Charlottesville. I'm a CNA of 13 years. It's where my heart belongs.

I'm a CNA sence 2006. I'm married and have 4 daughter, ages 18,16,13 and 8. My oldest attends college at UVA in Charlottesville Va. We moved to Mineral VA in 2016, from Harrisonburg Va where we all grew up! I became a CNA because both sets of my grandparents passed before I was 10. So I decided this would give me the experience of grandparents!! I'm in it to care for your loved ones when you can't!!

Helping the disabled or the elderly is a passion of mine. I never thought that I could put a smile on someone's face until I became a caregiver. The reason I became a caregiver in 2009, I was sitting with a retired judge who made me take the caregiving route. I love listening to the stories they have to tell from back in the day. Being able to make them smile or even help them folding their laundry and seeing how much they appreciate what I do.
