I've been in the caregiving field for 17 years. I started out volunteering in a nursing home and then went from that to live in Care. I have worked extensively in in-home care and at small group homes and big facilities as well. I've worked with a wide variety of clients and conditions. I have a passion for helping people and want to be there for those that don't have anybody else. My skills include medication management & reminders; plan, prep & prepare meals & snacks; personal care (helping patient in & out of the shower, assisting in getting dressed for the day, etc.); household chores (such as laundry, tidying & cleaning up, feeding animals, walking dogs, cleaning litter box, watering plants, etc): scheduling, calendaring & accompanying patients to appointments as needed, transportation to appointments, run errands, etc.
