Hello and welcome to my profile. My name is Zachary Oswald and I hope to be your helper. I am 34 years old and have been in health care for a little over 13 years currently. I have a very wide range of experience so far on my journey. I am CNA, PCT, CBRF and CPR certified. I have lots of experience in and out of facilities all the way up to hospitals & clinics and have been able to work with everything from basic needs to full assist, as well as in home care, rehabilitation, long term and short term care. I like to believe I am very well rounded. I am a current nursing student going for my RN currently. I take pride in my work by providing best care possible within my abilities. I am very passionate about this line of work and have been from a young age since I grew up taking care of several family members. So if I'm taking care of your family they will be treated like they were my own allowing me to give them top notch care.

I have provided Services for: General Senior Care Services, Live-In Home Care, Special Needs, Home Health, Personal Care, Medical Transportation, & Bathing/ Dressing. I moved to Panama City end of September 2019 ( 10 days before Michael) to be close to my Dad who I moved from Dothan, AL to PC in a skilled nursing home.

I've been a Medical Assistant for 9 years and love caring for people. While a majority of my medical career has been spent in pediatrics, I've experienced caregiving for seniors part-time throughout the last 15 years. I'm just as passionate about healthcare as it relates to Seniors and/or those with physical limitations, as I am about children. I believe what makes me a great caregiver, is my compassion for people along with my experience. I'm comfortable doing almost any task as it relates to in-home care. I can cook a variety of meals for any dietary need, I love to sit and provide conversation or entertainment, I'm experienced in medical care and have no issues tracking or administering medicine, I can easily handle shopping or grocery needs, and I have no problem providing physical assistance for bathing, grooming, and mobility requirements. I'm a wife and mother of 2, so I know how to maintain a household and care for those who can't care for themselves.

I am very loyal, protective, intuitive, and caring. I have 21 plus years experience in caregiving. Being a caregiver is not for everyone, but what sets me apart from most is I am a natural empath. Working with people in general requires a natural nurturer; which I am. Helping people young or old allows me to experience people on a different scale. I realised caregiving was my calling about 20 years ago. I was offered a private position and I fell in love with it. I enjoy many aspects of being a caregiver. Everyone is different, so I enjoy learning new things about people. I can honestly say I find it fascinating to have the opportunity to help people from all walks of life. I also am proud to say it takes a special individual to overcome adversities and have a positive outlook even after difficult or complicated experiences.

Hi, thanks for looking at my profile. I took care of my stepmom for many years. She was wheelchair bound, a stroke patient, and a diabetic. She had depression issues she was on medication for. I helped her with bathing, dressing, washing her hair, giving her medications/insulin injections, meal prep, errands, transportation to her appts. I have certification in CPR/First Aid from my FL Class D Security Officer License course. I am presently taking Carelinx courses to better myself for the Caregiver position. I started cargiving right outta high school in 2003. Growing up I helped take care of my great gma who had Alzheimer's and that is where my passions stems from . I love being with the elderly and helping them stay in there home making them as comfortable as possible.
