I am a great caregiver because I am very open minded and outgoing. These traits help me work with patients and do things they enjoy as well as letting them teach me new things about what they enjoy. Hi, my name is Reese! I'm 17 years old and currently finishing out my last year of high school. I do the co-op program where I go to school and work every other day as a CNA. I work as a CNA at 2 places in Chillicothe. I love my job because i get to make a difference in someone's life every single day. I know everything you do matters in the residents point of view so I try to keep a positive attitude through everything. I love being able to make lasting impressions on the people I get to care for.

I am very compassionate about seniors and love helping them so they can stay in their homes longer. I am very patient and have nine years of experience in this field. I started out working as a Caregiver because I've always been a Caregiver in some way or another and quickly realized how much I enjoy working with seniors and how patient I am with them. I know that some days I will be the only face they see so I want to make them smile and make it count. The thing I most enjoy is seeing how happy I make them and knowing not only that they need help but that I am the one who is able to help them. I find this job very rewarding in that aspect.
