Being a caregiver has become the most rewarding job. I worked closely with a family the last three years, and being able to provide in home care, and allowing husband and wife to stay together was wonderful. I have 20+years of experience.

I am very dependable and hardworking im fun to be around have a very postive outlook and enjoy comforting others i take what i do very seriously. My clients depend on me daily im there to make things as easy for them as possible. I am a christian and my skills and heart for this kind of work is from god .no task is below me just ask and im willing to serve. I also encompass empathy which I think is a really important trait to have when taking care of others. It helps you have a better understanding of their situation and how to react in a good manner. I am interested in becoming a caregiver because it is a very rewarding experience. I always find myself empathizing with senior citizens and helping them out when I can. Therefore, I decided to use my free time to do more of such fulfilling and also necessary task. A personal achievement that I am proud of is raising three very successful children. My eldest and youngest daughters are a dentist and a visual rehabilitation counselor respectively. My son is a computer science major. All my children are dedicated to helping others and leaving an impact in the life of others. Those are traits that I have always emphasized for them while growing up and I am proud to see them nourishing.

I also excel at planning creative activities customized to my clientst needs and physical/mental abilities. It can be challenging at times, but I truly enjoy working with elderly residents. Though I strive to make a meaningful difference in their lives, the ongoing lessons I have learned from them have in return made a lasting impact in my life.
