Being a nurses assistant is what I do, I have thought about furthering my education multiple times but I keep coming down to the decision that I would not get that one on one time like I do now with my patients/residents. I originally became a cna to keep my auntie home when she was in stage 3 terminal pancreatic cancer she passed away in 2009 and I've been cna certified ever since . I love my seniors! I have over 20 years of experience. I began with my own grandmother at the age of 19 and knew this is what I need to do. I took care of my father with terminal brain cancer that was my hardest situation.
