I have been a caregiver my entire life, I started out as a CNA at age 17 I did that as well as home health care for several years then I went to college and acquired my associates degree in Medical Assisting. Then I worked at an opthalmology practice for 3 years then a Cardiology center for 2 and most recently I've been employed as a direct care staff taking care of clients in their home. I'm honest, dependable, caring, empathetic and I just love taking care of people.

I have been a CNA for 10 years, and have worked in all different situations in many different facilities. I aspire to go further with my nursing degree, and eventually, hopefully become an RN like my mom. I enjoy being a caregiver because it gives me a sense of purpose, I enjoy helping people. Many life lessons held dearest to my heart, came from the facility where I worked my first 2 years as a CNA. I currently work PRN for an agency based out of Indianapolis. Although I am through an agency, I have been steadily picking up at a facility in Franklin for over 5 years. I am searching for a PRN or part time option closer to home. Hi my name is Anastasia I have been in the medical field for many years. I started my training at a vocational school called Beattie Tech located in McCandless P.A. during my junior 09-10 and senior year 10-11 of high school at Shaler Area High School in pittsburgh pennsylvania. I acquired my CNA at 18years old after I graduated both Beattie Tech and Shaler high school in 2011. I've had experience in many areas as a CNA. I have experience in skilled care including rehabilitation, dementia and Alzheimer's, long term care, short term care and then private care as well I've worked as a supervisor overseeing my other coworkers and training them in private care facilities while distributing med and making sure paper work was caught up to date and that there was an open channel of communication with other care givers to ensure my patients were getting everything they need. I have made it half way through my associates degree in nursing in pennsylvania before moving out here to pendleton indiana in July of 2018. I am currently enrolled in ivytech at the anderson campus to continue my studies. I also am a licensed driver with a vehicle. I LOVE helping and healing I believe I've been given a gift that should not be wasted over the 7 years that I've had experience giving care to the people that need it nothing in the world makes me happier than helping the person I'm working with. I am very outgoing and empathetic to individuals and their environments. I have patience to work through the problems that they are having at a pace that is good for the person I'm caring for. I love the work I do and I hope you will too.

I am a loving and caring person who takes lots of pride in the work that I do. Taking care of people and helping people is something that I love to do and will probably do this until I can't work anymore! I am in school right now to become a nurse. My end goal is to be a an RN!

I believe I'm a great caregiver because I love my job. I am very dependable, trustworthy, and reliable. My favorite part about care giving is going in and making someone feel so much happier and more positive about life no matter what they are going through. Trying to let them know even though they feel down and some feel like giving up I love to make them smile laugh and realize we are here for a reason and make the best of it.

Hello! I went into caregiving because a neighbor of mine with extreme dementia needed someone to stay with her when her son was away. I stayed with her off and on for over a year. After she passed away, I stayed with my grandparents for about 6 months. My grandma had cancer and heart problems and I was fortunate to spend quality time with her. Now, I am caregiving again to a sweet lady who is 94 years old. I never expected to find this path but I've never been more fulfilled. I am extremely flexible and can be available on short notice. I am 21 years old and I love what I do. I enjoy taking care of my clients needs: food, exercise, entertainment, even manis and curling hair! I know my way around medications, oxygen, false teeth, walkers...you name it. I can't wait to meet you :)

Since 2013 I have been taking care of the elderly the sick The Young and the babies I have been making myself known for my career I can take my job very seriously I take care of my patients even better help sometimes I take for my pet care of my patients do that take care of myself that's pretty funny anyways meaning of taking care of somebody else's love one and taking care of somebody else's life means everything to me and I would do anything to make anybody smile so it's the fact that I have to take care of your person that makes my whole day.
