Hi, my name is Lauren. I'm 31 and currently reside in Southern Indiana. Born and raised here! I graduated from New Albany High School in 2009. I had my daughter, Layla. In 2010. I got my start into Healthcare in 2011. I obtained my CNA and worked in a nursing facility until 2015 when I made the switch to home health care. I'm very empathetic, bubbly, talkative. I enjoy helping others in a variety of capacities. I have worked for a handful of individuals who have had SCI's and am constantly amazed by their determination and their ability to continue on with life. I feel that I am constantly learning and would love to pass on my knowledge to others. I feel that my job isn't "cookie cutter", it is truly about making the life of my client easier in whatever way possible. No task is too small if it is what needs to be done. My parents taught me two things that I try to incorporate into every job that I have. One to leave things better than you found it, and to do what needs to be done, before you are asked to do it. I am very good with details, and while it may take me a day or two to learn a new schedule or program, I know that I will be doing it the way that you want it done. With my experience with SCI, people don't have a lot of control over their own lives, and I make it my first priority to give as much of it back to you as I can.

I love the feeling of appreciation and gratitude when I help people.A personal achievement of mines is that I obtained my degree in healthcare billing and coding. I will further my education and go on to be an RN. My name is Emeline Harmon. I've been in healthcare for 18 years . I am a former owner of a child daycare center, I also clean homes for a living . I have 4 kids and 5 grandkids. I am originally from California and now reside in Louisville, Kentucky.

I grew up taking care of my mother, and since then I knew that giving care to others would be fulfilling. I enjoy getting to know patients and connect with them and a great supporter.

I have worked as a CNA-PCA for over five years. Helping others is my passion, and in this field I am able to use my skills along with my passion to help other's have a better quality of life. I have worked in Home Health Settings, ICU, Cancer Wards, and Long Term Care Centers. Bringing a smile on someone's face or offering them a helping hand is one of the most rewarding and happy moments in my life.

I have an outgoing and very caring and compassionate personality. I was first attracted to becoming a caregiver in 98 two years after graduating from high school. I wanted to give back to others who have given soo much of their love and compassion to their own families and friends over the years, back to them. I enjoy most about being a caregiver being able to make another happy, and stress free by being able to take care of all their needs. A personal achievement of mine is when I earned my certification as a C.N.A yrs. ago after taking classes and doing clinicals.

I became a CNA/caregiver/home health aide because I honestly believe in truly compassionate care for people in need whether is the geriatrics, pediatrics, or the mentally impaired or psych or a combination of all the above. I enjoy knowing that I have helped someone get through another day on this earth with their family and if they don't have any family at least they know someone was there for them when it was needed and proof that there are still nice, caring, and honest people out there.
