I love what I do , I love taking caring of other. What made me want to continue loving and caring for others that aren't able to do for themselves or need assistance? It feels so good knowing your doing good for someone. I love that I've learned to listen to others and how they feeling so I could see what I could do to help them feel better. I enjoying getting close and gaining there trust .

I'm very nice I gave the residents options and let them tell me what they would like to do. I have always enjoyed helping elderly who can't do much for themselves anymore. I enjoy be there with the residents because some have family that don't count check on them so I am all they know and can see.

My name is Bianca Carey I'm 33 years old. My personal traits that help me be a great caregiver are that I'm patient, compassionate, respectful, trustworthy, I have good communication skills and a positive attitude. I love being a help to the elderly and others that need assistance with daily living is what attracted me to becoming a caregiver. I enjoy being able to make a difference in people's life most being a caregiver. A personal achievement that I am proud of is that I recently graduated college with my Associates of Science in Pharmacy this past December.

Most would say that I am an empathic and open minded individual. I have worked in the healthcare field since 2020. I started in long term care and currently work for a home health agency. As a young lady, I inspired to help others in their time of need. Which attracted me to begin my journey in long term care. I enjoy being able to assist others when they can not assist themselves. I am incredibly proud to say that I have always loved people and enjoy caring for them when the opportunity presents itself.

I'm a caregiver of 4 years paid, but a lot more not. Caregiving is my calling in life. It's what I love to do. I love being able help the elderly and special needs. I have experience in home health, home healthcare, nursing home experience, hospice experience as well as end of life experience as of recently. I love being a caregiver to not just help those kinds of people out, but rather be there for them in many ways. I never allow my clients to feel like their alone whenever I'm on the shift. Because it's something that I refused to allow my poor daddy to have to go through. To me it's just cruel. I'd say my greatest achievement thus far is being able to say with pride and honor that I was able to be there for my father in that regard. So much so, that he basically trusted me with his life. Meaning I was the one to be able to give him his final ride/journey on this earth. It's something that I don't boast about a lot but I do have clients that remind me so much of him, that in return for the taking a chance on me, I give them the gifts of companionship, empathy, a shoulder to cry on should it be needed, a strong pillar to lay all their fears and worries away, and never having to worry/wonder if their alone. I always reassure them that I'm always here.

I'm friendly, outgoing, caring, and always have a listening ear. I have helped care for my grandmother for many years and enjoy being helpful to the elderly. I enjoy most is giving them company. My most proudest achievements yet is being a mother of 3 girls!

Im a great CNA because i take my time in getting to know the client and being patient while they get to know me. I take pride in the work i do. Being able to help someone is one of my passions. Im very skilled at every disability being able to work with different clients makes it easy for me to adapt to any case

What makes me a Great caregiver is that I put my [?] heart into my job. Back in 2001 observing how 2 caregivers were treating residents....put a desire in me to care for the elderly...to be caring and compassionate. I enjoy being a caregiver because I love hearing stories about family and their younger life and how life was., and just giving them a listening ear and attention. One of my personal goals .... ultimate goal is that a client never forget the love and compassion and companion ship...that they experience while in my care.
