I'm a very cheerful person who enjoys caring for others. I became a caregiver in 2018 and thought I'm not sure if this is for me but we will see! Well 4 almost 5 years Later I love what I do no matter the person, age or problems they have Being able to help someone and be their friend at the same time make me enjoy my work much more. Being a healthcare worker is more than just a job/career to me it's my life and I enjoy every bit of it. My most recent achievement I am proud of as a caregiver was helping an elderly lady a couple of houses down from me and she had fallen outside there was no one around to help her at the time, my family and I had come home from a night out so I put my children in the house and ran over to make sure she was okay and proceeded to help her up check her scratches and bruises out and help her inside her home. It was actually the same lady who gave me a hard time at one point but that time nothing else mattered.

I believe the traits that help you achieve being a great caregiver are always being kind and compassionate, understanding, and do everything with care. I was attracted to being a caregiver at a young age, I've always loved to help people and when my grandmother got sick I was always there to help. It's just an instinct I've always had. The things I enjoy most about caregiving is the love that comes from it, regardless if the day went by smooth or if it was a bumpy one you can always go home knowing you helped someone else out. One of the main achievements for me at this point in my life is just that I make it home at night and wake up the next morning. Tomorrow isn't promised so just being here is an achievement.

hey, i've been doing caregiving for 6 years. it started for me when my grandma was diagnosed with dementia in 2013, every since then it's been my passion to take care of people. i'm the best at what i do, that's not just me talking, i'm really like that.

I am a Wife and a Mommy! I absolutely love taking care of people and helping people. Every since I was a little girl I have loved seeing people happy, love putting a smile on peoples' face. I have done caregiving for years and I enjoy doing it.

I am a dependable and compassionate caregiver. I feel I have many different qualities that have helped me become a better CNA/Caregiver over the last 3 years. I am sympathetic, loving, sincere, considerate and very loving. In first grade I wrote a paper on how all I wanted to do when I grew up was be in the healthcare field. At a very young age my mom got sick and I helped take care of her everyday . Shortly after having my first child my uncle got put on Hopsice care and I went to the house everyday to help take care of him as well . I enjoy being able to build a bond with my patients , I like seeing them do better and feel better .
