I love caring for people, I have over15 years of experience being a caregiver. I love caring for people and assisting with improving their quality of life.

I'm very sweet and outgoing I do speak out when I know something is wrong a client. I'm also talkative and like to spend time knowing the client and making them feel comfortable with me. I love being a caregiver it just came naturally when I was a teen taking care of my dad when he was ill. I enjoy making my clients laugh and feeling very good knowing life goes on but if their having a bad day I make sure to put a smile or at least make them laugh before the my shift is over. My most achievement was getting my CNA and able to travel the USA and working in different departments of the healthcare field and working with different patients and their needs.

I love taking care of the elderly. I have been doing this for over 20yrs and have experience in all fields. my best achievement was taking care of a guy with dementia, and seeing the smile on his face every day that I showed up for work. I'm 41 yrs old that truly has a passion for nursing, I'm a team player and have a loving heart for what I do. I have worked with Hospice, dementia, peds, orthopedics, icu, mental and so much more. I have two most amazing daughters that I love spending time with . I had a grandpa that had alzhmiers. That's what really got me involved with this. I also volunteer on my spare time.

What makes me a great caregiver is that I see myself as compassionate and empathetic person. I derive genuine satisfaction from helping others one-on-one or in a group setting. Honestly what attracted me to being a caregiver is that I've always had a giving personality and I like helping people. Also I have cheerful and encouraging attitude when it comes to assisting individuals who have trouble taking care of themselves and performing everyday activities. What I enjoy most about being a caregiver is that I am able make a difference in someones life, I am able to build cherished memories, I am able to learn from the elderly and that I am to value companionship and build my skills. I'm most proud of the way I helped to organize my church annual toy drive fundraiser this past Christmas, making it possible for us to bring in more toys than had ever been brought in the history of the toy drive event.

I have been in the medical field since 2000. I started out as a CNA and was compelled to pursue my LPN certificate of which I received in 2008. I am a huge advocate for Compassion, Integrity, and Quality Care. I have been working in Home Health since 2006.

I became a caregiver because of my mom. She became a cna cma while I was in high school. I did alot of volunteer work for the facility she was working for, it just felt right. I wouldn't say I like anything about being a caregiver, I LOVE every aspect of being a caregiver. I give my all and my heart, any of the residents I cared for before would say I care "too much." A personal achievement I am proud of, becomeing a mom. It was something I was always afraid of, I never thought I would be a good mom. I thought "man if I ever have kids I'll be horrible at it." Turns out I did and am doing a pretty good job. The one thing I have always dreaded was "tell me/us something about yourself." I feel like such a self absorbed individual when asked this. So I will start with I am a mom, I have 300 arms and 600 hands, and amazingly can practically be in two places at the same time. That wasn't meant to be literal. I have a huge heart and I love to take care of people. Knowing that they in a way need me, and knowing that their simple thank you and smile is all I need to feel complete as if I did something right, it is a pat on the back for me. I want to be a nurse in due time. I have done CNA CMA work for a little over three years. Stopped for a short time to do some pre recs for nursing school, it is time for me to get back to where my heart is, taking care of those who can't do everything for themselves anymore. I love to smile. I love to laugh. I love to make others

Loving and caring person who wants to help others The thing that shine me into being a caregiver was being able to take care of my grandmother before she passed away and I would love to do that for others. I enjoy making peoples lives easier by a day.
