I am laid back and easy going. My clients like me because I allow them to do whatever they're able to do. I only help them to keep them safe. I feel my client find their autonomy one of the most important things they have left. I love this work. I feel like I'm an important part of these people's lives. The one thing I hate is when I have to leave them for one reason or another.

I'm a very easy person to get along with. Always on time and always make sure my clients are comfortable and needs taken care of asap. I enjoy being a care giver because I enjoy being thr person that can make someone else very comfortable and able to do for them what they can't do.

I am a kind caring person who likes to help other when I can. I am a quite person but also friendly and willing to listen and talk with who ever may need or want to talk. I started out by being a preschool teacher in my late teens and twenty's because I wanted to make a difference in a little child's life including my own children and just realized that it would also be great if I could expend my ability to care for not only children but older people in need as well. I enjoy being able to help. A personal achievement I am proud of is completing the 90hr course for being a head teacher in a daycare. Also the greatest achievement that I am currently working on is being a mom to my three awesome children

I have over 5 years experience in the care giving industry.  I have knowledge in mental healthcare such as Alzheimer’s and Dementia care, Autism care, physically disabled and many more I am hard working and trust-worthy and applied efficiency in all manner of difficult situations, and I am a spirited team worker, reliable and dependable. I have goood communication skills. My objective is to contribute towards the wellbeing of my clients in a good team environment, and to ensure joy and happiness to the families under my care. I love being around the elderly people and giving them the care they deserve as they were once the ones that cared and built the community that I live in and am enjoying it freedom. Knowing I shell one day be in that position and would one day need the same help. I love seeking advice from them as they have been through things that I haven't. Friendly caring

I became a caregiver because of my Step-Mother. From a very early age, I was tasked with taking care of her as she became bedridden from many diseases. She is afflicted with chronic migraines, fibromyalgia, herniated/ruptured disks, obesity (450lbs. or more), and a litany of other non-communicable diseases. As time went on I found myself enjoying taking care of her and it gave my life a sense of belonging and direction. As a CNA now, I find that serving others still gives me that same sense of direction I experienced in my youth, but I feel strongly now that I'm older that if everyone were like me, and spent their lives in service of others, there would be no person on Earth who felt lonely, neglected, or not cared for. I do have quite a bit of college education even though I hold no degree, but if I were to speak of an achievement that meant the most to me, it would be my Eagle Scout award. Becoming an Eagle Scout took many long hours as a child, and most of that time was spent volunteering and serving the community. The most important thing scouting taught me was that a person did not need a reason or a reward for helping others, but that the act of self-sacrifice held its own rewards. I love to meet new people, and I enjoy making others smile.
