The rewards are in the smiles, milestones reached and surpassed and the trust that I build with the individuals and their families. Caregiving has allowed me to travel the US and gain experience in many different settings, while being exposed to the various challenges and conditions others face in the world. Gaining knowledge from medical professionals of all walks and being able to utilize everything I have learned have all benefited those I care for and allowed me to excel at what I love.
