I am a caregiver who absolutely loves n enjoys providing compassionate care to those I am caring for. I believe caregiving is the most rewarding field of work and is to be done in the most loving manner.

I've been a caregiver for more than 30 years. I care about people and I feel like God has given me a gift. I love to talk so I pretty much can get a patient to try must things that a family member can't get them to to to. I love to read and interact with them if it's just a game cards.

I'm a very sweet and engaged care giver. I get satisfaction in knowing that my clients are taken care of theway that they want to be, also in the way that is right and has to be in order for my client to be comfortable . I was a licensed cna, I left this field of work for awhile so I no longer have my license. I have had almost years of experience with caregiving. My main focus is to make sure my clients have what they need and are first and foremost comfortable and stress free, as I will be the one to handle anything needed of me.

Hello My name is Sylvia Brown, I'm 55 years old I'm blessed with 2 grown children and 4 beautiful grandbabies. I resided in Giddings, Tx originally from Austin, Tx. I became a Home Health Caregiver in 2001 in Austin, Tx and in Kingsland, Tx. What inspired me to the career of a caregiver was the loss of a love one that I took care of tell his last days. I mostly enjoyed the one on one in caregiving I beleave you have to have it in your heart to care for the ones that no longer or have a hard time doing for there selfs. In 2005 I got my Certified Nurses Aide (CNA) I have worked in Nursing Homes long term and Alzhteimer's Unit. That was a more fast pace environment but I did enjoy. In 2017 I had to stop working due to taking care of Grandsons, during that time my CNA expired. I had been helping take care of my 91 year old Father that had Alzhteimer's up to July 2021 a blessing that I will live with the rest of my life. I just can't seem to let go of taking care of those that need care so I'm looking to take care of your loveones . I feel I have been blessed and skilled for 22 years of careing for the ones that need it, I got a loving and honest personality and hard worker. My achievements in my career are Loving others and having a great relationship with my clients and there family. I have been employee of the month and for my hard work have gotten bonus check. Yes we all have to work to survive but at the same time you have to enjoy and have the love in your heart to do the best for the one your taking care of as if they were your own family. (Hourly rate is negotiable base on miles, hours and weekends also over night care. We can discuss and figure out what is reasonable.) I am an outgoing mom that loves to cook. I have spent most of my life caring for others, my mom cared for my grandparents and I loved to go help and started staying and caring for them at the age of 13. I would help with light household duty's and cooking as they could not stand long to do it. I started helping care for my brother at 14 when he broke his neck in a car accident and became an incomplete quad. I got certified as a nurses aide when I was 17 and started working in nursing homes and caring for in home patients. I love to talk and learn from their experiences and get to know all kind of different people. I stepped back from the workforce when my first daughter was born and miss it dearly and am ready to return to helping others in need.

Becoming a caregiver give me a useful purpose helping someone that need me to be giving careing and loving toward them let them know that you care and it not just a job be happy friendly.

As a caregiver i enjoy listening to the clients life story and trying to relate to things that they have experienced in the past. They pass on their wisedom and experience of life to us as caregiver. And being able to make your client feel like they are still important is just an amazing experience. To see them excited when you walk in always makes me smile.

Hello, I have always knew I wanted to be in the medical field since a child. Growing up with a sick mother and watching her fight daily for her life and being young taking care of her inspired me.I notice I'm happy when I'm caring for others, I went right after high school to college for medical assistance graduated from high school with my CNA and life slowed down a little now that I'm a mother I'm just ready to get back at it
