Hi my name is Kimberly! I am a very loving, compassionate and kind person. I have over 16 yrs experience in healthcare. I was attracted to being a healthcare provider at a early age. I would volunteer during the summer as a kid.

What makes me a great caregiver , I love my clients as well as what I do I enjoy being able to help those who need more help than others or just even being a opening ear to talk to , I think what made me want to be in this Field is seeing my mother do it she has always been my inspiration, after I was old enough to try for myself I seen how people would treat the residents and I wasn't to happy about it , I've always said you treat people how you want to be treated or how you would want your parents treated or grandparents etc if they were in a situation of the sort . Working in this field has taught me that no matter your race your weight your height your religion, it's about your heart and how one feels about you as well as how you feel about what your doing and who your doing it for .

CG for about 15 years. I help them with the groceries stores, making and preparing a bed, washing, doctor's appointment, feeding, light housekeeping, cooking, and some basic ADLs.

I think I'd be a great caregiver because I'm a God fearing man who loves to serve others as if I'm serving the Lord. I enjoy making others laugh, and feel safe and comfortable around me. I'm big on manners and respect. I'll sacrifice whatever to make my another person happy and as comfortable as possible. I'm a gentle person so this job attracted me since I know many elderly patients need that type of love and affection. What I enjoy most is the connection and the relationship bonding with a patient, as well as the conversation from the many stories they tell. A personal achievement I am proud of is graduating college and getting my Master's degree.

I have always had the mindset that you're never too old to learn. I enjoy spending time with our older generation, learning from them and taking care of them. I am a friendly, knowledgeable person, who genuinely cares about others. When beginning with others I am often quick to gauge the best methods of approach. It is incredibly hard - even for the most open among us - to admit the need for assistance -much less open up our home, lives and failing bodies and minds to a stranger. There are occasions and things the medical teams aren't familiar with, nor will they share which can be of benefit to someone suffering. i am very passionate about the career i chose working in the medical feild i have over 25 years experience in multiple areas.I started by becoming a Licenced Medical frist Responder, followed by then choosing to become a CNA which i currently do as well as going to school to become a licenced Medical Assistant.
