I kinda always was a caregiver and didn't know it. Both of my parents worked and I was much older than my step brother and sister, so I did all the house work and taking care of them from an early age. Full care, client was a quadriplegic, needing bowel and catheter care. All the normal things for patient, bed care, feeding and of course medicine plus house work of vacuuming, laundry, cooking foods, etc. I also took client outside around their yard and did things, like feed the chickens and water the plants, anything they needed. I also learned what Dr. they went to and took them to appointments.
