I became a caregiver because of the older people in my neighbor when I was growing up. I took care of them until they all pass away a couple of years ago. I enjoyed helping them do their daily activity and being there for them just to be company to them. What I like about being a Caregiver. Being there for the client, letting them know that I care for them and they are not alone or by themselves. When my grandmother was in her last days of life. I was there for her like she was for me when I came into the world and when I had my children. She took care of me until the time was right for me to be on my own. I stood by her side until the time was right for her to die. I felt that I had did a job well done for her like she did for me. I am a caring, compassionate person. I have 5 children 4 boys and 1 girls. I live with my 77 year aunt who is still working a part time job. I work at a Healthcare Center . I have been there for 4 year and a CNA and since 2010.
