I became a caregiver because I enjoy being able to help others. It makes me feel good to be able to be able to be that helping hand. My mother was always that person that went out her way to help the elderly and I was always following her. To see the joy she brought to them was exciting to me. Helping other has always been in my heart. Getting certified to do something I love was my greatest achievement. I'm a mother of 4, 3 girls 1 boy, which makes caregiving a everyday experience. I wouldn't change my heart for anything, bringing a smile to someone is priceless.
