i am very passionate about making a difference with my clients good will not just do it is about going the extra mile to exceed expectations . My clients aren't just case flies they're real people who i admire and treat everyone of them with respect just as i would want someone to treat my grandparents or parents the same. I started as a care professional in 1976. I owned and operated my care giving business for children until Dec 2007. I opened Delaney Care Giving in Jan 2008 operated that until. June 24 2016 when I restructured my business as a nonprofit organization. I am a true at heart Care Professional.

Four years ago I retired from nursing. Recently, I moved to Phoenix Arizona to be near family. I have one married daughter in Phoenix where I presently reside, and another married daughter in Peoria. My daughter and son-in-law in Peoria have one daughter and are currently expecting their second child. Prior to moving here, my most recent pertinent work experience was as a homecare non-medical provider to an senior woman in her Kansas home. Though hired as "non-medical care provider" much of my assistance with this woman did revolve around her medical needs as she was an end-stage cancer patient, as well as diabetic. I helped manage her medication schedule, transportation and ensuring she went to medical/doctor appointments. I also monitored her daily health needs such as blood pressure, blood sugars, etc. I would like to care for you or a loved one in your home, and assist you with some of your care needs. I am willing to assist with light housekeeping, meal preparations, exercise/physical therapy programs, transportation and occasional errands or grocery shopping. My experience is compromised of nearly 20 years providing excellent care in various settings such as hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, assisted living communities group homes and private residential homes. I pride myself in providing personal quality care that is tailored to each individual to meet their specific care needs ranging from recovery & rehabilitation to end of life hospice care and support. It's been over 4 years now when my 92 year mom fell & broke her hip. I then moved in with her and took care of her with help from my sisters. Taking her to doctor appointments and then we found out she has dementia. Mom is doing wonderful now. She has 2 other health care with her & I am scheduled for Friday nights until Monday morning. I do all the necessary work to make her comfortable and happy. I take her on trips to see my brother in Colorado 2 times a year. She loves to go anywhere & shop for groceries. I enjoy my moms company and realized that I want to help other seniors be happy.

I Love being someone to talk with listen to their different stories, to be their companion even in a short time of the day. I made sure My job is done before the shift end. I enjoy most being a caregiver Resident copperate of what the Task needs to be done for the Resident. Its like Resident cooperate and willing to do things to make her feel better and easy way of living. My personal achievement that I can tell I'm Blessed. Everyday at My work before I go Home.
