Hello! N. Phoenix 5pm to 10pm only. I've been working in many aspects of healthcare since 1991. I Started out working with Young Adults with TBI and SCI injuries. I've run Alzheimer's Homes in the valley. From there I went into Hospital work as a CNA on Ortho, Med Surg, Tele, Oncology, Mental/Behavioral Health, Drug Addiction. Looking for more excitement I transferred into The Operating Room and worked as an Operating Room Assistant and later an Anesthesia Tech. Excitement got a little overwhelming so I learned to read Telemetry and was in charge of 60 plus people in the hospital on different floors. After 7 years there I left and started at Craig Hospital one of the Best rehab facilities in the country maybe the world. I was there for 13 years working with Major Brain injuries and Spinal cord injuries. In this time I became VERY proficient at working SCI & TBI. I'm a very good teacher which was part of my job educating family members so they could bring their loved ones home. I also have a VERY good understanding of TBI patients and spent Eight years working One On One with these individuals Relearning EVERY aspect of their lives again. Again, Educating family was a huge part of this job. I have tremendous experience and Impeccable references! In Twenty plus years in healthcare I've NEVER had a complaint against my license or inadvertently hurt ANY of my patients. Safety has always been my number ONE concern. I've received many awards for excellence in my years and go the extra mile to make sure my job was completed and my patients are comfortable and relaxed. After all we're here for them! I have a great personality and I'm VERY trust worthy. Im a man of my word. I work equally well with Men and Woman. My hearts in the right place. I'd love the opportunity to help you and your family member through difficult times. If you have any questions, Please feel free to inquire Thank You for stopping by! Have a Blessed day! Robert Richardson
I am passionate about caring for people. I believe that one should always treat others the way they want to treated, with respect, patience, dignity, and kindness. I enjoy caring for people and loving what you do is most important to being able to give others the best care. Raising my daughter Saturday (11 years old) has shown me everyday what a gift it is to have such love and compassion for others and also having taken care of my elderly parents has been a gift so it is my family that attracts me to the career in caregiving. What I enjoy most about caregiving is knowing that I have made each day more positive and hopefully helped someone to feel better emotionally and physically. A personal achievement I am most proud of is my volunteer work at Scottish Rite Children's Hospital where I was assigned to the Oncology Unit and working just to make the children on that unit love, play, or do artwork taught me how precious life is and how even the smallest kindness matters more than we know.

Hello, I am a very compassionate person, dependable, great listener, respectful with my clients and their values, very kind, punctual, hard worker, with a great attitude. I love and enjoy helping people, when and where they more need. Being a CNA, was the greatest decision, I have made in my life, because my dream came through; since I was little I liked to help people. I gave a lot to my clients and more than anything, a handful of help, understanding, passion, love and a great smile in my face, every time when I arrive to their homes, but not only I give them, but I also receive many things back in return. Another big smile, and thanks, for everything I do for them. There is not a better feedback that their appreciation for my hard work and commitment. I remember hearing this expression from my last client "Maxi you make my days. I am so happy when I see you in my door", The services I can provide to you and your loves one are: company and conversation, helping recovery from surgeries, fall prevention, medication reminder, light cooking and housekeeping, laundry, errands, driving to Dr. app., assisting in activities of daily living, shower or bath, walking, and many more as needed. I have many skills and more than five years of experience in this field and can provide certifications and great references. I also have fingerprint card and CPR certification. I am looking forward to hear from you soon. Thank you, Maximina
I am a 33-year-old self-employed female with a caring heart and sensitive nature. I was drawn to the caregiving field in 2016 after caring for my sister with terminal brain cancer. I pursued a volunteer role in Hospice Care thinking I would eventually become a chaplain. While I didn't end up seeking this career path, I found I have a passion for caring for others (especially those with Alzheimer's). All of my hospice patients had Alzheimer's and I found a special place in my heart for this condition. It is a gift of mine to uplift their spirit and keep them engaged in what lights them up and allows them to continue life with as much normalcy and dignity as possible. I am also a writer and designer and I have another passion for all things spiritual. I'd be delighted to be considered as a caregiver for your loved one.

Hello my name is Festina Fredericks. I've been a certified caregiver for 7 years. I'm a great caregiver because I'm extremely passionate about helping people. I love what I do so I strive to give my best to each and every family I work for. I treat my residents with respect and dignity.
I have been a caregiver for 5 years I have certificates in Caregiving , CPR,and First Aid . I also have my Federal fingerprint card . . What I love most about being a caregiver is putting smiles on my clients faces... what makes me a special caregiver is that I pay very close attention to the details on how and what my client needs to ensure they get the best care possible . I have a very possetive attitude that I seems to bring out confidence in my my clients to do things that they thought they could not do because of a physical or mental condition . Giving possetive feedback to any person can help build up someones self esteem and help my clients to believe more in themselves and there challenges they face . I became a caregiver after my Aunt passed away , she was living in a retirement home for the elderly. My aunt was not a tiny woman but not obese she was covered in bedsores when they found that she had passed and her oxygen hose to help her breath was not properly attached to her oxygen machine . It was then that I decided that no one should ever have to live in those conditions and no family should have to go through the horrible experience that my family went through after her passing away . I have taken the place of caregivers that were let go by my clients due to either poor care to them or there loved one or because there prior caregiver was caught stealing. I keep myself and my home very clean so I have no problem with cleaning and scrubbing to help keep my clients home free of harmful bacteria that can cause infections and viruses that can be harmful to there health . I have experience working with clients whom suffer from dementia, bi -polar ,and manic depressive disorders . I also have experience careing for clients with COPD, Diabetes, stroke victims, nerve disorders , MS , incontinence issues ,and paralysis . I love being a caregiver ..
