My name is Joyce Tate and I am a Licensed Assisted Living Manager for the State Arizona. I currently work as an Assisted Living Coordinator and Care Team Member in an assisted living in the city of Sun Lakes. I have over 20 plus years of experience in the healthcare industry providing care for individuals with disabilities and caring for those in the elderly community living with dementia and alzheimers. I believe in building life long connections by meeting my clients where ever they are in their healthcare journey until the end of life.

I became a care giver very young. This is all I know is how to take great care of people. I have two children 7 and 2 months a wonderful husband that does hospice. I'm great at what I do because all my patients are treated the way I would want to be treated when I reach that stage. I'm punctual, and a great listener. I also pay great attention to detail. I have been a caregiver since 1992. I really enjoy working with all types of patient care. In 1992 I received my Medical Assistant degree. CNA in 2015. I also have my Arizona State Fingerprint Clearance card ,CPR, Excellent Client and Professional references upon request.

I am fun, loving and caring, understanding and very patient. I started my life time commitment in caregiving when my father had a stroke and realized there is not enough help for our seniors. I was not happy with the care he was receiving at the hospital and rehabilitation center, so I decided to provide his care for him in my home. Since caring for my father I have had multiple long term clients whom have referred me to my next client when the job ended. I have many personal and professional references. I love providing companionship and assisting others. Many of my clients have become like family.

I am a great caregiver, because of my kind, caring, and compassionate heart I have a great love for people. I pay very close attention to details and follow directions precisely. I take pride in my work, and love the health care profession. I became a caregiver, because of my love for assisting others; especially in the medical field. Earlier in life my dream was to be a doctor, but life took me in another direction. I love the satisfaction that I get from serving others well. Hi, My name is Linda. After high school I became a psychiatric tech. I worked with special needs children and adults for 10 yrs. After raising my children I became self employed and took classes and received my caregiver certificate and my CNA. I have chosen to be a caregiver because I find it rewarding and I enjoy making their days brighter and helping them to be safe and to be able to stay in their own home.I consider myself to give quality care and to be a kind, caring compassionate person.
