I love and enjoy being a care giver. It all started when i had a child who was born with medical problems. I was her care giver at home and in the hospital for years. I started caregiving after that because it gives me a satisfaction helping someone who can't help themselves. I love it and enjoy it.
I have been in the nursing/caregiving profession for over 20 years. I enjoy what I do and I take pride in doing a good job for my clients. I am skilled and knowledgeable in my craft. I am timely, trustworthy and very dependable. I am CPR certified in addition to other certifications upon request.
Besides experience and knowledge I acquired from nursing school, helping others has always been my passion. I find joy and fulfillment knowing I make a difference in someone else's life. I am patient and willing to adjust to the needs of my clients. I try to put myself in their shoes, to try and understand them. I treat my patients with love and respect, and with dignity, just like how I would want to be treated if I was in their same situation. Since I was a young age, I have always been interested in helping other people. I enjoy helping others who have trouble helping themselves especially the elderly. I completed my vocational nursing studies in 2012 and it was at that point I realised that helping people is my calling. I love that being a caregiver, you can make a difference. It's a rewarding experience providing care and assistance to those who are no longer able to do so and to know that I have done my job right when I see smiles on their faces. The moments that make me most proud of as a care giver is when I see my patients doing well, seeing their happy faces.
I am 21 years old. I have been doing caregiving work for elderly people for four years now and I absolutely love it! I love being a big help and companion to my elders. I also love the fact that I am giving back to them and can keep them comfort. Anything in need I will do, shopping, transportation, companionship and anything to my willing.
I have experience working with elderly and disable clients since I was studying Vocational Nurse at different healthcare locations , and also have personal experience with one relative of mine with Parkinson's disease . Most my student and work experience is with Home Health and care-giving and I feel there is a lot of help needed for people in our society and We as a caregiver full fill that need with a lot of compassion and responsibility
Hi there! I originally decided to study nursing and work as a caregiver because of my grandma-she got sick and all I wanted to do was help her feel less pain. I would want someone who truly empathized with her to care for her, so that is what I am doing as my contribution back to society, and to help a new type of humanity evolve where we all pay it forward. :) I also love kids and babies. I used to nanny a 6 week old baby girl and 2 year old boy-that was a profound and life changing experience-which made me really see unconditional love and innocence. All in all, I love people and I just want to help enrich people's lives and to either help them recover from disease/illness/etc. or just help them find their passions and live life to the fullest-I believe each moment counts. :)
I become a caregiver because of my experienced from my own family my sister and my mother died of cancer and i know how it feels when you have someone really cares and reliable to look after someone you love , i believe in one on one care because you giving the attention they really need.
I am a helper by nature I love socializing and sharing life stories with the people I care for. I enjoying being a caregiver because of the satisfaction I feel at the end of the day that I have helped some one and treated them the way I would like to be treated , with dignity and respect I also have cared for my family members in times of need so I understand how important it is to have someone who will take good care of your loved ones in your absence, it is a pleasure to be trusted that they will be in good hands. I am entering a new phase of my life , I have raised 4 Beautiful children that I am proud of. I spent this past summer taking care of 4 of my toddler Grandchildren ages 9 months to 4 years old, it was challenging but I had a ball. I recently moved from Florida back home to California to be near my mom who is currently 73 years young! I left the healthcare field for a while raising my daughter and returning to school. I recently became re-certified for the state of California. I am ready to resume my career caring for precious individuals who desire a warm, friendly, compassionate and professional care.
My love in life is taking care of others!! I have always been this way... since I was a kid I have always said I wanted to either be a Doctor, a Vet or a Nurse. Unfortunitly I was not education inclined when I was a kid so the aspirations of being a DR or a VET went quick...But now I work as a Nurse... I used to work in a facility but now I work with a wonderful family as a Private Duty Nurse. I can honestly say my job makes me happy. There are days that are stressfull but on the most part I have a pleasure and a great joy doing what I do!! I plan to still continue my education to become an RN. This is gonna take awhile but with the drive to suceed and keeping your eye on the goal I believe you can achieve anything at any time in your life!!
