My name is Margaret. I am experienced caregiver of at least 12 years. I have worked in skilled nursing to private care. I worked with elders with dementia to memory care. I love caring for elders as they have so much love and wonderful stories to tell .

I have always worked with the elderly and mainly dementia and Alzheimer's residents. I love taking care of them and the joy they get from having a companion and someone to talk to. Both of my parents had Alzheimer's and I took care of them, at the same time, til they passed My background check is on paper. It was done this month of March 2019.. Just ask me I am currently certified in certified, med tech certified and have experience in hospice.

X My mother was an R.N. And came home with wonderful stories of the people she cared for. She told me that everyone deserves great and Compassionate Care. I have come to know that there are some people who are naturally compassionate and nurturing. I think it runs in families DNA. My family is one such family. I have always loved listening to older people since I was a child. I derive so much knowledge of life from these people.Nothing feeds my soul and makes me happier than to be able to give compassion and caring help and give a better quality of life to people in need of care. They all have their own stories and so much wisdom is gained from just listening. In turn this gives the patient company and the knowledge that someone cares and is interested in them and that they are valuable and interesting and deserve so much. That's why I became a caregiver If I should be so blessed as to be considered as your caregiver I promise to carefully and compassionately do all that is possible to make life easier for you and your loved one.I have many years of every kind of senior care. I have worked in a skilled nursing home for over 10 years working as a CNA as well as a medication aide. I've worked at the heart group for over a year in a cardiologist office. My attraction came from nursing being in my family background I helped my parents and grandparents take care of their parents . Giving back to those who gave us everything we have today Putting myself through medication aide school and medical assistant school working all while raising two boys who graduated highschool and joined the Marines. But the greatest achievement that I'm most proud of is becoming a grandmother.

I like to present my image as a person that you&your family are able to trust&talk to about any needs that you may further need help with.I Gained lots of courage&confidence in this caregiving field because at times it is like your being a hero to an individual in need of help&with the experience I've gained from helping my own grandmother from toileting , prepping meals, house keeping, communicating &much other needs. When my grandmother passed, This is where my power came in noticing that I am a person that wants to be in peoples lives to help them& Becoming there hero helping them with there daily life.
