What I like about being a Caregiver is the diversity of my clients, everyone has a different story and background. I love to listen about their lives, accomplishments, family and loved ones. It's like watching a Classic tale of another time and these stories become part of my life, parts not to be forgotten. I love to put not only my heart into my work, but my sensitivity, compassion, laughter,attentiveness and honest character as well. I have worked with some challenging cases like Alzheimer's, Cancer patient's, Stroke patient's and other types of illnesses. I am thankful for the opportunity to have worked with and known my patient's, not just as patient's, but we became friends as well, and I was there when they needed me. I have been a CNA/Home Health Aid for several years, currently my license is inactive, but I still retain all the skills necessary to perform an outstanding job for you. I love to be a Caregiver and am thankful The Lord allowed such experiences in my life. I am also thankful that you have the chance to know alittle about myself now, and I'd like you to feel assured that I will do my upmost in all aspects of your care. My personality traits are what makes me a very compassionate care giver, I'm understanding I don't get upset easily and I'm a great listener. The reason I became a health care giver is because my grandfather was put on hospice care and I would help the hospice nurses care for him being only 8 years old I seen the care he was given and I wanted to return that love to others. My favorite part about being a care giver is being able to get to know my patients really build a bond with them. I love giving care to others and being able to make a difference in their lives . One personal achievement of mine is receiving my Certified Nursing Assistant License it was the happiest day of my life.

My grandmother was in a nursing home and I liked how they took care of her and I decided I wanted to care for people....I have meet various people and I enjoy every moment of caring for my patients. I have worked long term .assisted living .home health.worked with the develpomently delayed for over 20 years ..worked with infant that had a heart condition ..my greatest achievement is being a CNA. I love working and helping others that can't care for themselves..I saw my grandmother in a a nursing home they were professional but some lacked heart I wanted the people I care for to know I cared family isn't alwAys available to visit it helps to have some one that cares..
