Hello. I have 24 years of experience as a CNA/ caregiver. I have worked skilled care, palliative, ambulatory, home health, and assisted living. I strive to make my clients quality of life the best possible. They am certified in First Aid and CPR. I am also in school to become an Rn, Bsn.

I became a caregiver because I had always wanted to be a nurse when I was younger. Also, my best friend/sister-in-law became very ill at an early age and I had wanted to take care of her but never got the chance as she passed away at age 44. My mom also became ill shortly thereafter and I promised that she would never go to a nursing home. My intention was to care for her in my home, but unfortunately she never made it home from the hospital. I vowed that if I could not help my own family then I would help someone else. I love being able to help people stay in their homes as long as possible and having the family reassured that their loved ones are being cared for in their absence. My personal achievements that I am proud of are being with two of my clients until the end of their life and knowing that I made things a bit easier for their families. As for myself, I am the mother of four sons and grew up with five older brothers.

I like to help take care of Senior Citizens. Rewarding work. Sewing and embroidery. I am a mother of 3, and I am a reliable , trustworthy, person who loves new experiences. I enjoy making clothing. Enjoy giving companionship to the elderly people I take care of.

I love to interact with my patients. I love to sit and listen to their stories. What attracted me to become a caregiver is I always love to help people, and I also start taking care of my aunt when she got sick. What I enjoy most about being a caregiver is I also get to put a smile on their face. My personal achievement that I was proud of is getting my own place.

I decided to become a caregiver after helping take care of my grandfather for a little over a year! I enjoy getting to sit and talk with people and more importantly make them clean and comfortable! I worked in an Alzheimer's care unit at a senior living facility for two years and then moved on to a daily senior center where I could have a little more interaction with seniors and just get to spend time with them and talk to them!! I love working with seniors and being a caregiver and even on the worst of days they always make me smile which makes it all worth it!

I became a caregiver when my daughter was born with health problems that got me interested in the medical field and helping others.
