This is why I became a Caregiver I Find it Fufilling to bring peace,Joy and light to others. I've been a caregiver for over 15 great years, I'm a honest hard worker, I've had long relationships with my clients and families, my goals are to make sure my clients get the full care, love and attention they need, I work with my heart, me and my past clients both all agree that this is my calling, I will go that extra mile for my clients and their families. I've had to take care of my paraplegic nephew because he wasn't getting the care he needed from the facility he was in, so I went to school for medical assistant so I could learn to take care of him in the future, that's what attracted me to become a caregiver. I mostly enjoy helping those who can't care for themselves. My personal achievement comes from my clients and their families happy with me and my services as a caregiver.

My personality is caring, observent, organized, and detail orientated. Which is a few, I love to make people laugh and talk positive about what a person can be better if they are willing to try. The reason that I have gone to school to take care of others which started with my grandmother getting very ill. I took care of her until she past away and continue the mission to make every day count that the person's life as well as mine. My expertise is working with mentally challenged, and physically. As a caregiver I can help out with a simple task as well as a difficult one. I do light housekeeping, cook, errands like grocery store and take to doctor's appointment. A caregiver that cares and goes above beyond of the duties to make the person being comfortable.

After caring for my daughter with Rhabdomyo Sarcoma Cancer for some years I decided that "Medical Field "is most definitely for me,Some clients doesn't have a child or love one to give the care or love so that's why I decided to join this field I have a passion for sharing and Caring and companionship Since 2004 til present I have been caring for those with or without disabilities. I am fully Vaccinated with my routine Booster shot(Covid-19)[?]

I have been in Healhcare for most of my adult life I knew the moment my grandmother became ill that this was the field for me.I live to care for people.I take pride in what I do ,I've worked in hospital setting in operating rooms, this is my passion and my calling!

I have been a personal caregiver for over 6 years and I thoroughly enjoy and love the elderly. I first had the previlege of caring for my late husband. I see caregiving job as a ministry to give back to those who have given so much in their lifetime. In addition to providing companionship, I can help monitor medications, prepare delicious meals, keep home and laundry clean. I can transport my client to doctor's appointment as necessary. My main focus is to attend to the needs of each individual on a personal level, physically, emotionally and spiritually.

I am one of the most empathetic caregivers you will meet. I first became a caregiver in 2002 as an STNA with extensive training. I enjoy being able to help with ADLs , but still allowing the client/resident/patient to be as independent as possible. I enjoy helping to increase client's/resident's/patient's will to live. I will/have alway respect the client's/resident's/patient's rights and adhere to all HIPPA laws. One of my personal achievements that I am proud of is the time I changed a resident's entire temperament towards the staff by simply showing him that I actually care. He was a combative dementia patient. Being a hair stylist, I would cut his hair and line him up. The constant compliments received from the staff and residents boosted his confidence and definitely increased his will to live. Although, that was many years ago the thought of it still warms my heart.

I went into healthcare right out of high school and have been in the field since. I love providing care for all ages. Its my passion. I'm currently in school to continue my education in nursing. I volunteer at my local animal control. I am very passionate about animal care and protecting them from abuse. I current foster animals to get them ready for their furever home.

I am very compassionate, love to care for others and understand what they are going through and be there for them when they need me the most. To assist clients with personal care, like bathing, grooming, dressing, exercise, housekeeping and other errands. One of the greatest joy I have helping people who is unable to do things or care for themselves, whether a patient or family member who is suffering for any kind of illness or depression, is that I am able to assist them and put a smile on their face and make them feel their are not alone, because I care and respect their opinion.

Love taking care of people my whole life, I always was a people person,I was told by my peers that I have a gift and that this is my calling, this is my passion, I'm proud that I have had the opportunity to work with a lot of with different cultures and experience with different kinds of patients at providence hospital for 20 years it was a wonderful experience for me and a great place to work.
