What I enjoy most about being a caregiver is the reward that comes from knowing in my heart that I've made a difference in someone's life and it radiates back to me through their love and appreciation. Being a caregiver is such an honor- it's all about putting away your needs to assist others. Knowing that a smile on your face can bring joy and happiness to someone else is priceless!

I am a great caregiver because I'm dependable and I have patience, respect and compassion for others. I became a caregiver because I enjoy helping others and being a caregiver gives me a sense of purpose.
What I enjoy most about being a caregiver is providing support for those in need of it as well as generally being around seniors. As a small child I gained immense knowledge and understanding from the Seniors in my life and have always enjoyed hearing their stories of their life experiences and all the knowledge they have to share with others.
A personal achievement I am proud of is saving a small child from an abusive situation who was living with a close relative of mine. The decision to save the child was easy but having to report on this close relative was not. I will always protect my fellow man especially those who are not capable of helping themselves.
I enjoy being able to provide my services to individuals in need. I take pride in my work and in knowing I am making a difference in someone's life. I went to school for Medical Assisting, but quickly decided after I needed to be more hands-on with those I care for. I started working at Mercy hospital in March of 2011. I have cared for individuals of all ages and medical needs. If you have any questions, please feel free to ask. I look forward to making a difference in your loved ones and your lives.

I love assisting them with daily activities because I know things happens that can prevent them from performing duties on their own. I am very generous and easy going hard working young lady...
I have been in the senior industry all of my life. I have two background checks that have been done will state federal and local in the last month. I can provide those to anyone who requires it but I don't see the necessity in paying for a third background check. I'm also listed on the Family Care safety registry . My family ran and owned nursing homes. I am a dementia specialist and I just love working with seniors and helping them. I'm also a certified senior advisor as well as a certified dementia practitioner. I do a lot of caregiver training and I just love helping when I can. Sometimes it's as simple as helping someone navigate their computer or as difficult as transferring them either with a hoyer or a hard transfer I can do all in between. I love doing engagements, I love puzzles, swimming, outings. As much as I can possibly engage someone I don't sit in front of the phone in fact I don't even watch television at my house because I'm so busy and I want to help others have the best life possible. I'm also experience with end-of-life, with the wound vac, and I have a diversity of skills and knowledge including business.
In addition to my varied experiences, I am a very compassionate individual. I am committed to treating each client the same way I would want my family to be treated. I enjoy helping clients recognize and use the abilities they have, and strengthen the ones they need help with. I earned by B.S. in Applied Health Science from Wheaton College, and I am currently enrolled in Washington University's post-baccalaureate pre-medical program and am submitting applications to medical school in June 2018.
