Hello, I would like to take a moment to share with you what makes me a Great Caregiver and why I would be the best Caregiver for your Love one. I am a Loving, Gentle, Caring, Compassionate, Loyal and Dedicated Caregiver, Mother and Wife of 8 educated adults to young adults. During my teenage years, my great grandmother's bed was set on fire by her caregiver. Thankfully the fire was caught by a family member who came for a visit that day. From that day forward, it has been my desire to care for our seniors and others who are unable to care for themselves. I look at others no matter their race, creed or nationality as equal. My clients become a part of me as I will care and love them as myself. Your love one will always have my undivided attention at all times. Caring for others is part of my DNA.
I am a caregiver with more than 14 years of experience with seniors and people with special needs. I provide safe, respectful, loving, skilled care towards every one of my patients. I will deliver peace of mind to family members by keeping their loved ones safe while also protecting their independence and preserving their dignity. I give detailed information and pay close attention to my clients and to the families' needs. I have taken care of many people from family members, friends, and clients in facilities to group home members and privately cared for patients. Whatever the needs may be, I strive to go above and beyond my call of duty. Life is a treasure and if I can provide life or encouragement to anyone, or let them know that they are still loved and living with grace and dignity, I am that Angel. Many people lose their independence and feel lost. I can give clients, as well as their families, peace of mind knowing that things will work out fine. I have CPR/First Aid certification, Certified Home Health Aide, Certified Nurses Aide (CNA), Certified Medical Aide (CMA), am a residential counselor, provide individual service/support plans, behavior plans, & have experience with dysphasia, Alzheimer's & Dementia and much more. I have achieved more than 50 certificates and extensive training over the last decade. All families need a break from the worry and stress of caring for loved ones. Please call me to talk about what I can do for your family!

To the care I provide daily to my now adult son with a disability. Taking care of others is my passion. I'm also a Certified Nursing Assistant, Certified Medication Technician , Phlebotomist, CPR and 1st Aid certified .
I became a caregiver because I grew up around my oldest sister who is a nurse. I love to see the smile on people faces when they feel better. I like to make them feel love and comfortable. I want to be treated the way I will treat them. I'm a friendly, good sense of humor ,hard working ,trustworthy and easy to get along with others. I am available 6pm -6am week days and any time weekends.
What makes me a great caregiver is that I take pride in what I do which is helping people. I became a caregiver when my father was hit by a car over 19 years ago and my family and I took turns caring for him and took a liking in just helping still wasn't sure what I really wanted so I took classes at the Sojourner Douglas in phlebotomy, I V therapy, Emt (which I didn't finish than) and later received my CNA, HHA, at the Levindale Geriatric Center then last while working I received my CMT'S. What I like about being a caregiver is me being my own boss making my own work schedule & salary. One achievement that I've done while working as a caregiver is taking care of my grandmother for the last 18 months of her life before passing away due to "CANCER" and she telling me THANK YOU everyday an how proud she is of me to follow in her foot steps because everyone doesn't have the passion or patients for the job.
I TAKE PRIDE IN WHAT I DO. I ENJOY WORKING WITH PEOPLE.WHAT MADE ME WANT TO WORK IN THE HEALTH FIELD I WENT TO VISIT A FAMILY MEMBER IN A NURSING HOME A PATIENT WAS BEING MISTREATED AND I DIDN'T LIKE WHAT I SEEN AND I REPORTED THE NURSE AND I SAID TO MYSELF THIS IS WHAT I WANT TO DO IS TO PROVIDE THE BEST CARE TO PEOPLE THAT ARE UNABLE TO CARE FOR THEMSELVES AND I WANT TO GO BACK TO SCHOOL TO GET MY RN BSN

Being a caregiver is my way of giving back to the community. If I can put a smile on someone else face my job is done. There are things in life that money can't buy. Love is one of them. There are things we do that only God will reward us for: Caring for the elderly, the sick and the disabled.
