I am 23 years old and I love to take care of people for a lovong. It is my passion and i have always enjoyed taking care of anothers family member in need. I have worked in this field for 6 years now and have alot of experience. I am a shift supervisor and a direct care worker and have been at the same job for 5 years now. I take care of roughly 20 to 30 people on a daily basis with only 2 employees per shift.

Hi! My name is Ariana! I'm 20yrs old and new to the midland area. I love working with others and being hands on. I am a very passionate, caring and patient person. I just moved here from Arizona, to come and be with my husband's family. Getting use to alot of new things. I have three kids of my own and three step kids as well as two grandchildren and two more on the way.
