I BECAME A CAREGIVER YEARS AGO AS A LIVE IN HOME HEALTH AID. MY HUSBAND TRAVELED ALOT AND I WOULD SEE HIM ONCE OR TWICE A MONTH, SO A JOB OPPORTUNITY CAME UP TO HELP PEOPLE IN NEED AND I REALY ENJOY IT. I WENT TO TEXAS CAREER INSTITUTE OF TECHNOLOGY TO BE A CERTIFIED NURSE AID "CNA" AND GRADUATED WITH MY CERTIFICATE OF COMPLETION. I LOVE WORKING WITH PEOPLE AND THE PEOPLE I WORK WITH, FAMILY, FRIENDS AND JUST PEOPLE IN GENERAL. A good caregiver is attentive and responds to situations in a timely manner. A patient, especially the elderly, needs constant care and attention. I have been working with the elderly for several years and I am a Good caregiver. I enjoy working with people I enjoy making my clients laugh and most enjoy jobs where I have one-on-one interaction with others. I enjoy taking care of elder family members and would like to help others in this way.

I enjoy helping people. All the elderly folks have lived there lives and I feel they need the best of care to live out the rest of there lifes that they have here alive. My name is Cheryl and I am currently a college student pursuing a degree in Medical Practice-Clinical Management. I am a Medical Assistant with over five years in the medical field as a Home Health Care Provider. My passion is helping others. I get so the most fulfillment out of solving other peoples problems. I have a caring a compassionate heart to do all that I can for anyone that needs my assistance. I have a daughter with a disability and I truly understand a persons health care issues and any way that I can help I am willing to do just that.

I became a caregiver after helping a friend with her mother 10 year's ago. I found it very rewarding. Since then I have cared for patients with Dementia/Alzeimer, Hospice, wheel Chair and Bed Bound patients.

I became a caregiver because i have a deep love and passion for taking care of those who have become unable to do so for themselves. I love being a caregiver because i enjoy be a blessing to the people i care for. I also feel blessed doing it. Being a caregiver takes alot of patience, respect, and love to do this job. I love every minute of it, whether it's good or bad. I became a caregiver because I want to show most people love and intergrity and what's a better way to do so other than this job title. This is more than a job title this is part of me and who I am. When my great grandma got sick I was there by her side every step of the way until she passed. I want to be there for everyone and show them that theyre never alone!
