My name is Flor Chavez I use to work at a local hospital but decided I liked spending one on one time with my patients to better know them as well as better help them with their needs. I enjoy being involved with my patients hobbies such as gardening. I have always been proud of how happy my clients are with my care I provide to them.

I am a recent grad from UNCG, and now a current nursing student who truly loves taking care of people. I have been a nanny for many years, as I especially love children.. but I also have a passion for the elderly. I've came across so many situations where elderly people are being mistreated, and it honestly breaks my heart and inspires me to show them love and compassion. I am making it my duty to give proper care to any senior I come across. I have cared for many of my grandparents who have now passed away due to cancer and other health problems. I know that I wanted the best care for my family members, and that is what I can assure for your family! If there is a task that I am unsure of how to properly perform, I will always ask for clear instruction. I have also completed a CNA training course and will be certified on October 13, 2018. I am also CPR certified.

I'm a caring and knowledgeable CNA. I've worked with the geriatric population since I was 12! I started volunteering at the nursing home my mother was working at as the social worker. I've been a CNA since I was 18 years old. I'm very understandable about the effects of Alzheimer's and dementia and how it changes your loved one. I have said for years that working with "old people" is my calling. It's what I do best. I'm currently working on getting my nursing license but this will not interfere with my ability to be at work when I'm supposed to be. I'd love to care for your loved one!

I became a Caregiver because I love the thought of helping someone in need. I am a firm believer in the Word of God by loving and serving someone who needs the assistance. I also love hearing stories, talking with them, how they were raised, what makes them happy or sad, how life was 50 years ago, what makes them feel appreciated or not appreciated and much more! A personal achievement I am proud of is that I have never been wrote up, got in any kind of trouble, neglected my patients, been fired, I also have had the experience to do medical work in Mexico villages for 2 months with a missionary team I went to school for! I am 21 years old and super outgoing. People who know me ask why I smile so much. I have been a missionary for 2 years on and off, now I am wanting to get back into working. I am a Christian, I am NOT ashamed, and I know because of Christ, He is the reason why I love this work.

I became a caregiver because of my Great Grandmother. I helped my parents take care of her while she lived with us for 4 years. I loved it. I love caring and helping people. One thing of many that I like about being a CNA is helping others and hearing their life stories. The personal achievement I am proud of going to school and becoming a CNA. I have been married for 6 years and have a 5 year old little boy. My husband and son are my life.
