I became a caregiver to help others, as I have always possessed an innate desire to do just that. Since elders can't always communicate themselves, I felt a compelling need to do this for them in the best way I knew possible. Naturally, I enjoy that rewarding feeling you get from being a Caregiver but it goes deeper than that. Addressing a problem (emotionally or clinically ) by noticing that something just isn't right or \\\\\\"off' and rectifying it is even more gratifying! I am proud that I was able to attend a private school in NC, and become a Medical Assistant. It definitely expanded my horizons, and \\\\\\"opened new doors\\\\\\" for me. With my diploma, I gained valuable experience in physician offices. For several years, I enjoyed working as a Medical Assistant but missed the camaraderie of conversing and interacting with the senior population. Eventually, I changed roles, and returned to home healthcare. As Caregiver, I pledge that I will give 100% to all clients promoting compassion, kindness, competence, dependability while striving to provide the utmost in nurturing care.

I am reliable, and i provide great care for my clients, and respect their family members opinions when am taking care of their love ones with my smiles.

I was raised by my grandparents so helping others towards independence is second nature to me. I thoroughly enjoy what I do, the reward is your comfort and stability. Hiring me will not only keep your loved one happy but you will be at peace as well.

I became an care giver because I always as a little girl love to help people , grandparents parents in home chores, the sick etc. The things I love about Care Giving is that I know I'm helping someone in need to help keep themselves in a somewhat normal state, I love just helping people to be able to maintain their Life somewhat normally. one of my recently personal goal that I'm proud of is once I received my Medical Assistant Certificate. I'm a single mom with a 19 yr old and a 24 yr old son, 19 yr still live with me, I just recently moved to Raleigh this Month. i have a 3 yr grand daughter,

I am a very kind person who love to help others,no matter what the situation may be. I like caregiver job because it helps me to carry on my dreams. The personal achievement is to see the person of whom I give to come back to his /her normal stage of live. I genuinely love to nurture and care for others. From childhood on, I knew I wanted to work in the healthcare field so that I might be able to help those in need. Due to adverse conditions, I was unable to pursue my dream of becoming a nurse, so I initially became a CNA and later became a Medical Assistant. I thoroughly enjoy the comaraderie and direct contact of both positions. As a Medical Assistant, I learned how to draw blood, give injections, vitals, laboratory procedures.....so worked in this field until relocating to Raleigh, NC. There was such a great need for CNAs at that time so I decided to branch out on my own work as private duty caregiver. Since doing so, I have been blessed with wonderful clients, and word of mouth from previous clients has certainly contributed to my success. I am proud of making the decision to become my own boss, and having the initiative and desire to do so. My last private duty assignment ended in April after eighteen months of caring for an Alzheimers' client that ultimately passed away. I grew to love her dearly, and will always hold a special place in my heart for her. Currently, I am doing fill-in work, but am seeking a full time caregiving position.
