I am a great caregiver because I am compassionate , kind and love what I do. I have been a caregiver for the last 20 years. My mother motivated me to get in this field ,as she had been diagnosed with lung cancer at the age of 65. Unfortunately she passed away at 67 , which will be 20 years this October. I love working with the elderly. I have had some great experiences through the years of my career. Looking forward to many more. I am now in school on line to get my Associate of Science degree in Allied health.

I became a caregiver once my grandfather got sick with cancer. I was 14 at the time and I really enjoyed helping him eat,get dressed,and take baths once to got where he could not do it himself. I like being a caregiver because I have always loved helping and motivating people who need it. It is a good feeling when you can work with a person and try your best to encourage them to keep on living and do things while they can. I have always enjoyed working with the elderly. Being able to help them achieve their daily basic needs is one of the best feelings in the world. I am a single mother of a 14 year old son. He motivates me to be the best parent that I can be. Working hard and continuing my education is the best way to do this. I'm currently in school online working on my Bachelors in Criminal Justice and Ethics. I am attending Mid American Christian University. One of my personal achievements was obtaining my Certificate in Nursing and of course being a mother to my son. I am looking for a job where I can use all of my nursing skills that I have obtained throughout the course of these years.

I love working with people and I have cared for family members with many medical needs. I worked in geriatrics before I started my own family, and now that my children are more independent I am looking to work part time while I pursue a nursing degree. I have a current Nurses Aide license and and I am on the North Carolina registry, in good standing. I would love to find a caregiving job that is fulfilling for both the patient and myself. I feel that I am a good fit for helping a family manage a loved ones daily care. I am very detailed and like to maintain a high standard of care.

I am a 56 year old grandmother. My last client I worked with for two years and seven months as a live in. I help family members with health problems as need. I belive in God and enjoy my church. Have a car. Just finish my C.N.A. training. Taking state test in two weeks. Next goal is Med Tech.
