Greetings! I'm Veronica, aside from my 18yrs of Case Management experience that I've been fortunate to work alongside different populations. I'm a mother to 9yr old twins & 16yr son. I'm understanding, patient, compassionate, and loving.

I became a caregiver to give the same care i expect others to give my loved ones, and myself if needed oneday. I enjoy making someone feel their best, helping clients still complete things that may not be as easy as they once were, but learning new ways to help. I am proud of being able for the most part always keeping my clients happy, and feeling and looking their absolute best no matter the circumstance. Everything is what you make it.

Empathy and compassion. Working with people in a home care setting, it is essential that a caregiver feel the desire to want to help. By showing both empathy and compassion caregivers will let the person they are caring for know that they care about the person and want to do what they can to help them. Patience.

I love being a care giver/can because I love what I do. I love the companionship I share with residents and patients. I love making their days a better one. Being a CNA doesn't mean having a job but carrying out a relationship with others.

I am a graduate in BS Computer Engineering and shifted to a healthcare provider. I am an Administrator, Caregiver for five years and six months. During those years i find myself interested with senior's and life. That i decided to get a Physical Therapy Aide course and apply it in my job. And further i gained interest in a lot ways. I have my Dialysis Certificate and I am a certified Phlebotomist. Because of this I am pursuing my career into other levels. What makes me a great caregiver is, i am very patience and i love my job as a caregiver. The sense of loving my job as a caregiver is the sense of i love taking care of the elderly. I become a caregiver, cause this is what i started to find myself that i belong in the healthcare field. Being a caregiver that i like the most is the challenge in how life can become if someone is taking care of you. My personal achievements that i can be proud of when my patient's and families value your worth.

What make me a good caregiver is my compassion that I have for people. Its genuine. I became a care giver because I love working with people even when they are going through troubled times. Everyone needs someone and I like being that someone. I like being a caregiver because it gives me an opportunity to be around people and gives me a chance to learn from their experiences as well. A personal achievement of mine is when I use to work at the hospital as a one on one care. The patient I was with had cancer, one day when I was not at work she passed. When I went back the next day the family came to see me, and told me what happened. It was personal achievement for me because we developed a bond.
