My name is Wilfred Omari, but i go by "Wil". I graduate RN school from Roxborough memorial hospital school of Nursing. I Have worked in both acute care and long-term care. Acute care as a floor nurse and Long-term as a floor nurse and also in supervisory position. I'm looking for a per diem position that I can make my schedule and explore the world of home health.

I am a mom of 2 beautiful daughters - 18 and 9. Although I don't currently have any at the moment, I am a foster care mom (resource parent). I became a caregiver in 1983. I worked as a CNA at a nursing home. I love caring for the elderly. I achieve great satisfaction knowing that the care I provide makes someone feel better and more comfortable. My greatest accomplishment is becoming the first in my family to graduate high school and college. I graduated from Drexel (formerly Hahnemann ) University School of Allied Health Professions and became an RN in 1987. I completed a parish nursing program and earned my BSN in 2003. I work only part time. I am very interested in performing meaningful work for 3 - 4 hours daily while my children are in school. I am very nurturing and caring. I am respectful, patient and kind. I pay attention to details. I love to talk, and I am a good listener. I am reliable. I have current child link, criminal background and FBI clearances. My clearances are mandatory because I am a licensed foster care provider, minister and a registered nurse. My background is senior care, oncology, hospice and the health insurance industry. I am also a licensed minister.

I become a caregiver because I am a caring person who enjoys being helpful to people. I take great pleasure in making people feel secure when I am around them. When I was scheduled by "Vising Angels" to take care of an elder lady who broke her hip 4 years ago, I felt proud to receive several gift card from the company for loyalty and recommendation by the client. Growing up as a kind I also love to help people,moreover seniors for that matter. Before my grandmother could I was the one who was taking care of her,and this was one of the reasons that bring me closing to this job. I want to help people that really need my help.

I'm an Rn with 35 years experience. I graduated from Roxborough Memorial Hospital School of Nursing. I'm honest, dependable, trustworthy, and compassionate. I worked for many years at Holy Redeemer Hospital, on a Medical-Surgical floor, and, later, a floor specializing in Respiratory and Neurological difficulties.(ie., asthma, strokes, seizures) .I worked briefly, at Rydal Park,, on an Alzheimer's Unit. Later, I worked at Lafayette Redeemer Assisted Living Unit, focusing on the physical/mental/emotional needs of the residents. Excellent assessment skills, and quick to respond in emergencies. Proficient in documentation, and communicating with other medical staff. I've been a companion/caretaker, and nurse-if so dictated, for the past 8 years, at private residences. First,-for a woman with Alzheimer's, then, for an elderly gentleman with Lewey-Body Disease, and, presently, for a 68 year old woman with Frontal Dementia, now on Hospice care. I am trustworthy, kindhearted, and caring. CPR. and First-Aid certified.. I practice the continuing education courses for RN's every two years, as required by the state. I am also willing and able to run miscellaneous errands, such as grocery shopping, transport to and from Dr's appointments, pick up medications, or anything else someone would need. My name is Christine and I am a Registered Nurse with my Bachelors, and currently in school for my Master of Science in Nursing. Over the last 8 years I have found my true calling and my passion. I have had the opportunity to work with patients in both acute and non-acute settings. I have been a caregiver in the hospital and outpatient setting, but not in a patient's home. I would love to have the opportunity to work alongside someone who truly needs the love, support, and commitment to achieve daily goals. I feel truly empowered when I can provide care to others and make a lasting relationship. Currently I am attending school online, but am hoping to have the opportunity to be employed for a company or family that will allow me to educate, support and care for their loved one as I would care for my own. I am a 33 year old female living in Collingswood NJ and I am very proud of my accomplishments in school, as well as all of the opportunity within the medical field I have had. Not many people can say they found their true calling in life, but I know I have. I love what I do, I love helping others, and I will continue to excel and help others to do the same as long as I am able too. It's important to treat others how you want to be treated. A few years ago I had an injury that required me to be taken care of for 8 months (including ADLs). It was very difficult for me not be able to do for myself and this is when the Caregiver idea came into my head. Without my friends and family I don't know where I would be today.
