Hi, my name is Brice. I am 18 years old. I earned my CNA license through high school. I love working with people and taking care of people. My focus when I am working is giving the best care to the patient that I can provide. I am a family person. And I have experience with elderly people. My great grandmother is a prime example. I love people in general and love helping people. I love seeing the smile I am able to put on there faces, while providing the care they need.
I became a caregiver to be able to help someone in need to care for them. What i like about being a caregiver is i am setting an example for others on how good it is to help love ones when no one else is there to take care of them. A personal achievement i am proud of is when family members have came up to me and said thank you for taking such good care of their love ones and have seen a big change in them weather it was a smile or they eating or trying to do more for themselves. I have been a certified nurses assistant for 15 going on 16 years and i love taking care of people. i have worked at two nursing homes for three years each and at a behavior health for 9 years. I rather be able to be with a patient to give them my time and show them i am there for them
I have enjoyed taking care for others since I was about 6 years old. My great aunt was a quadriplegic. I assisted with her care until I was 22 years old. She was my motivation to become a CNA. I have over 7 years experience and 4 years experience since I've received my CNA license. I am very outgoing and will do anything and everything I can to make sure my clients are comfortable and happy.
