I am a loving and caring person who has the heart and compassion of the people I work for. I also took care of Mr. Moncrief William Junior as a personal caretaker and Mrs.Bairds granddaughters I just enjoy what I do . My schedule is pretty much open except Sunday's. I will do mornings, afternoons, evenings and overnights.
I love taking care of people. I was trained abroad as a medical doctor and also as an ER doctor in Poland. And Right now , i am doing my Pre-BSN nursing at the UTTyler( University of Texas @ Tyler).
I have been in the healthcare profession for more t than twenty years it's my passion and I love caring for others and it started with my own family members my mother for one and so on. I am top of the line for all your care needs.
Personally I believe what makes me a great care giver is my caring and kind personality. I've dealt with many different cases and what I enjoy most either than caring for someone is making them a part of my family. I take pride and joy in being a caregiver because I never got a chance to have my own grandparents and in each case it's nice to get a chance to share each different experience with a client that either needs love, companionship, comfort or even a little help. My greatest achievement is honestly being able to still be caring, pateint and loving and treating each case personally.

I am a loving and caring person and love giving care to the Residents.what I like most is the wisdom they have when we talk I gained and have encouragement by talking to them.Iam proud because I value myself as a care giver who loves people and love giving love to all.
As a former public school teacher, agency staff member and school administrator, I have had the opportunity to serve families in many capacities. As a child of a parent with Alzheimer's, I have care-giving experience. Additionally, with a psychology degree, I have had the opportunity to apply strategies and best practices in working with individuals that exhibit challenging behaviors. My special education background allows me to understand how to work with PT and OT needs. Recently, I cared for a gentlemen in his home fulltime through Right At Home agency. He just transitioned to memory care. I received caregiver of the month recently. My service at Home Instead allowed me many great experiences with clients from various backgrounds and needs. I was awarded Caregiver of the Quarter by the agency Dec. 2018. It was an honor and especially when it was my pleasure to serve them.
I am very reliable and dependable and enjoy immensely helping families. Caring for others has been my life's focus. I enjoy preparing meals and ensuring clients have a quality life with dignity.
I am healthy and exercise frequently to stay strong mentally and physically for my clients.
What makes me great, is the love, compassion, my loyalty to my clients and family. Everyone has a calling, a purpose in life. And for me is helping, giving and sharing with others. My biggest achievement is watching someone get their confident back and feeling that they are not in it by them selves. Sharing their smiles, laughter and even tears. Just to know they know someone really care.
My parents were both very involved with volunteering. I learned early on the benefits and rewards of being caring, kind and helping others. My mom lived in her own home until she recently passed away at 98. We had various caregivers for her over the years, and while some were wonderful, there were many more that were not.
I treat people the way I would treat my own mother...with respect and dignity. I try to find what brings joy to whomever I'm caring for. Do they like to sing or be sung to, play cards, board games, go for a walk? I can help clean, make meals, get groceries, transport to and from Dr visits and hair appointments or just give a full time caregiver a break.
I helped my mom with bathing, grooming and dressing and am willing to learn how you do things.
I have a heart of gold when it comes to people who need a little extra help, especially the elderly. I'm reliable, patient, trustworthy and will always show up with a smile.
I hope to hear from you....Denise
Will also do evening checks after 5:30 p.m. I can make sure loved one has eaten dinner or I can make them dinner, taken medications, help them get ready for bed, take dog out, make sure doors are secured or just visit. Will stay a min of 3 hours @ $22 an hour.
Will help with transportation and after care from surgery/plastic surgery.
I will gladly give you references upon request.
P.S. - I should also mention that I'm allergic to cats....sorry!
pursuing a career in health care field
the job i do keeps me happy
being able to see people's life change positively as a result of my time
i am a reliable, responsible and compansionate and dedicated person.
I am a great caregiver because I want my clients to know that I am there for them in any way I can help. I became a caregiver because it is a positive and rewarding job. I like being a caregiver because that means I am working as a health care professional doing what I love. I think it has been a personal achievement using my Associate of Science degree working as a caregiver, and I am proud of that. I really feel like I get to know the patients that I work for, and try to be creative when working on the job. I might try to play the guitar for a patient, read current events in the newspaper to a patient, or do the crossword puzzle. I am happy going for walks, like to watch movies, and enjoy reading magazines.
I became a care giver, because I was asked to help take care of my god father for a few months. I ended up staying in the field because I got another client by word of mouth and I absolutely love it. I enjoy what I do because I feel that I am making a difference in the lives of my clients not just because of their physical inability but the biggest part of my job is their mental well being. I try to put a smile and an Imprint on their heart every day. The personal achievement that I am very proud of, is that I have never had a client complain about my services. I pride myself on caring for my clients ,and their well being is a reflection of me. They may not always like the choices that I may have to make for them for their health but I have found, that they will appreciate the adjustments once they see and feel the benefits. I am very nurturing by nature . I appreciate my love and gift of servitude. I am a wife ,a mother, and a grandmother and I love family night once a month when we all get together and play taboo and eat a great meal together . My philosophy has always been "People don't care how much you know until they know how much you care." I also provide respite care. Short term and long depending on clients needs.
I've worked as a nurse assistant over 16 yrs caring for disabled, elderly, ill, and mentally challenged clients. I have worked in nursing home, hospital, home care, senior facility, respite care, private duty, direct care service, and hospice care, and trained in massage.
I like to challenge myself as a caregiver with promoting new work skills. My time is giving care to others, that cannot do for themselves. My achievement is to see my three children succeed in the life that values them. For myself, to be recognized for my work performance, that's giving to each individual that has been cared for, show appreciation. I had several resident tell me that I'm wonderful, and I had a tearful moment. It's a blessing to hear positive thinking from a client. I'm a certified assistant living manager, private caregiver, and studied massage technique . Thank You.
