Hello! My name is Beth. I am 37 years old & the mother to 2 boys (19 & 7). Throughout my entire life I have been referred to as an "old soul", often relating to & befriending folks over 60. I have always cherished what their generation has to share & what they've given to us. Listening to them recall their past & share advice is honestly the most rewarding bonus about being a caregiver! I truly believe caregiving was what I was called to do & I'm so thankful it's my passion! I have over 14 years of experience, mostly with seniors & working with Dementia/Alzheimer's, Parkinson's, & terminal illness. I assist my clients by providing companionship & help w/ bathing, dressing, meal prep, laundry, house keeping, dishes, meds, appts, shopping, transportation, scheduling, keeping care logs, & any other daily needs. I have experience working w/ the Hoyer lift & wheelchair (both manual & electric). I do my best to get clients up & around, keeping their blood flowing and muscles strong. I am very friendly and outgoing love to be helpful in anyway I can as a caregiver. I was attracted when I got into home health care when I was pregnant and just taking care of my patient was a joy. I just love making sure my patient is well cared for in there home. I am proud that I have been able to in this field for almost 14 years wether is doing home heath, CNA work or my CMA work as well. I have loved been in this field and want to get back to doing home health care.

I love being around people and I get along with everyone my best trait is making people laugh and smile. I am warm hearted and kind to my best of my knowledge. What I enjoy about being a caregiver is restoring security, safety, and trust during our newfound relationship. One of my proudest personal achievements is when I realized I have the ability to love everyone. It takes a special someone to know they're here to serve others but to genuinely love and serve others is something that cannot be taught. I am that someone.

I have been in healthcare for 14 years I have specialized in home health for the past 10 years my last client I was with her for over 6 years she was a cancer survivor and I was with her throughout her radiation and chemo treatments and helped her get through her cancer when she became very ill in her last stage of life I was with her then as wells when hospice was brought in so I specialize in hospice care as well as she is not my first patient on hospice care.
