What makes me a good caregiver is going above and beyond to make sure my patient is cared for like family. I became a Caregiver after my mom was diagnosed with cancer in 2000. I wanted my mom to have the best care so I became her personal caregiver. Caregiving is not just a job for me it's a passion, what I enjoy most about it is when my patients know they can rely on me and trust me . Making the families happy is my goal with each Patient I encounter. When my families are happy and feel like I'm a part of their family it let's me know I'm doing something right.

I like helping people who need help. I like being a caregiver because I took care of my Daddy and my Mother before they pass. And my Mother was not able to walk. So I use a Lyft to pick my Mother up in it. She was not able to do nothing. I give my Mother her Medication. And I have work and help in Assisted living and pass Medication . I can only work Morning to 12:00pm. I have another job. Thank u

I am a mother of five, being a mother is the first step in every woman life to be a great caregiver. It all started when you make a decision to be a mother. My father in law was a great man and I truly love him . It all began when he become sick and ended up being in icu. I came to see and because of the love I have for him, I made a promise to him and to my God that I will get into medical and I will give back what the nurses gave to him. He was truly take care and from that day I have been working in the health department for almost 10 years. I love seeing people smile when they are being taking care of. As I said, I love seeing my patient happy. I have achieved a lot and also a proud caregiver and that is what made me to back to school to be a Registered nurse. I will be through with my school very soon by his grace.

I am a compassionate caregiver, transitioned from 26 yrs in the childcare industry to caring from seniors, with and without the diagnosis of dementia. I started working with seniors in 2017, with as many as 5 clients, in 5 different locations at one time. To eliminate traveling, I accepted a position at Legacy Oaks of Midlothian.

I'd describe my personality as passionate, responsible, and committed. I am married with three blessed children. My first just started College in the fall of this year and my other two are in High School. My husband and I Pastor a church in the Grand Prairie TX area.
