I went to school to be a nursing assistant when I was in my late 40's because straight out of college I got married (32 years now!) and had two daughters. My story : I was raised for a short period of time by My great nana and uncle . When they became sick, they were moved into hospice care. I recall doing everything I could to brighten their spirits and provide them happiness and peace. But at those moments, I discovered my calling and purpose. Working with the elderly senior generation now has the same implications. Working with each family, I offer the same comfort, love, and peace. I find myself caring for this generation as if they were my own family. My goal with each family is to constantly provide light to each individuals I serve. I have a job that takes patience and a compassionate heart. Experience wise I've spent years in nursing homes, assisted living facilities, long-term care facilities, private homes, and one-on-one care, learning and practicing so many skills and equipment that I'm convinced I can assist you.

I became a part-time caregiver years ago when we discovered my dad had dementia in the 90s. I have always been a caregiver in my family . My background is in finance. Kids got to college and I decided I'd do what was in my heart!
