I am 25 years young. I have taken care of my grandmother post-operation for about 1 year. I love to cook, meal prepping is a daily go-to, even for myself. I was attracted to the position of being a caregiver because I love to cook for others, and help those who cannot help themselves. Being a caregiver means you mean something the person you are caring for, and your patient means a lot to you as well. I am also a NHA certified phlebotomy technician & I am CPR certified as well.

Ive been a CNA for 20 yrs, received my license in North Carolina in 2001 and in Virginia in 2009. I believe the most important thing that makes me a great CNAs is patience and understanding. The reason why I became a CNA is I find joy in the elderly. They are knowledgeable, they make you laugh,and you can learn alot from them. I get great joy in seeing the smiles on their faces because they're pleased with me.

I consider myself a great caregiver because I go above and beyond to make sure my residence get the best care. I have a kind heart and plenty of patience and I have the desire to help those that are in need. I love to make my residence happy, comfortable and I love to see them smile. One of my personal achievements was being there by my grandmothers side while she was diagnosed with dementia and making every moment a special one.

I'm highly motivated to give the best care possible to anyone I care for. I'm familiar with home care and have 6 years of experience. I enjoy helping people to get back to a good quality of life. I took on being a Caregiver when my Dad took sick with The Big C.....i care for him at home until he died....My brother pass in between..then I took care of my Mommie...She couldnt walk..until she died..I love people and caring for them ...im a DEACON in my Church..I am true too heart taking care of people and family.I also took care of an eldely couple until their death...I was with them for 2years.....the family really loved my work....they really blessed me for all i did for their parents...I cook,wash clothes as well..
