I have been a caregiver for 16 years, not counting the years I cared for my son who had intestinal issues from birth and a neice and nephew both with varing degrees of Down Syndrome.I assisted my Mom with my Grandmother who had Alzheimers and Dementia.I recieved my Oregon State Cerrtification in 2001 after working for a company in assisted living houses for two years doing full on care to basic guidance. I have always wanted to be a nurse and caregiving was the best thing I could have ever done. i enjoy being able to help families keep their loved ones at home if that is the choice they make.One of my most favorite parts of it is hearing the stories about their lives and how they remember the days when they were young and how life was lived at that time. Keeping your loved one safe, well cared for and comfortable is my top goal as a caregiver. I feel that I would be a great benefit to both you and your loved one and am looking forward to meeting you in the near future.

The reason why I become a care giver is because I love helping people. All the experience I have make me a great care giver. I am a team work and quick learner. I took dementia class and mental behavior class, behavior support class and nurse delegation. I have current CPR and first aid certificate. I also have current driver license and reliable transportation.

Hello my name is Briana i have had my Home health care aid license for a little over a year now. I have a lot of experience with alsthymers and dementia patients . My father was very sick for a long time he started to get sick when i was 9 and he suffered from a rare disease called mitochondrial myopothy he was wheelchair bound by the time i was 19 and he died when i was 21 shortly after i gave birth to my second child. I am a single mother. I have my first born that lives with me his name is Jonathan and my second born is Trenton whom lives with his adopted family that my son Jonathan and i see two - three times a year.
