I am a very compassionate person who enjoys making others laugh and smile. I love to make people feel understood and accepted. This position seemed like something that I would be a good fit for based on my personality and the needs of the clientele. The thing that I enjoy about being a caregiver is being able to help others. A personal achievement that I am proud of is working on my masters degree and being a year away from completion.

I am experienced in using a hover lift, bathing clients, feeding client, handling clients ' personal matters (if necessary). Although I taught special education and have worked several administrative positions, the healthcare field has always been my first love. Had I not received a four year academic scholarship to ASU I would have pursued a career in School of Nursing at Tuskegee University. But I am proud to say that my daughter did so and for the past nine years she has been an RN at the Montgomery Veterans hospital.

I am 20 years old, and I wanted to become a caregiver because I thoroughly enjoy helping people in need. I plan to become a Registered Nurse so I can further my career in care giving. I became a Caregiver in 1989 for my grandfather who had heart disease and emphysema. I do my best to make a individual care plan for each patient. I was blessed with a 23 year old special needs daughter. I am honest and reliable.
