I started by taking Family leave from my job as a Bookkeeper, to care for my Father. I thought at that point 5 years ago, hey I would like to do this for a living. Two years later my Father passed away and I lost my job and began caring for my Mother. At that point I decided to go to school and become certified. Received my CNA in 2013. Have been working since then and love what I'm doing. I am caring, dependable, fun, positive and energetic. I am a team player and can also take the lead. I love to cook, bake and juice. Interested in healthy living. Love walking, music, traveling and especially my family!

I am an experience caregiver of over 10 plus years. I am a loving, caring, honest, loyal, friendly and trustworthy person. I love being a caregiver cause I like to help other people and treat them with respect just like my own family. I am also a very need and clean person. I am always on time and do my job very serious. I follow directions very well and I will go extra miles to get my job done. I can do bathing, dressing, transfer/mobility, prepare meals, house keeping, laundry, medications, grooming, toileting, companionship, appointments, grocery shopping and whatever it requires for the job. I will have a log book to write down any activities the client is doing like keep track of their daily routines. Also I do their vitals, weight if require. I owned my own car and a valid CA driver's license and full insurance coverage. I am up to date with my vaccines as well as Covid-19 vaccines. I am a US Citizen. My greatest accomplishment being as a caregiver, i work hard and am proud that my dedication to leadership coursework paid off. Knowing their family appreciates my help, kindness and entrust when i leave with their precious ones. Telling me and thanking me that i did a great job. Hi I'm April, I started out as a caregiver when my grandfather was in hospice care. Knowing he was dying I just wanted to make him comfortable and just simply care for him. I would say that's when I realize that I would devote my like to serving people in need and I believe that elderly ppl need it the most. I became a caregiver because I love helping people. Also because my senior year of high school my stepdad was in an accident and had a head injury and it made me want to help people in the hospital. I have lots of experience was a certified nurse assistant for over 20!years.was injured so went to school for medical assistant and realized I made more and enjoyed being a cna more.
