I became a cna in 1997 and continued my desired position for 12 yrs ranging from convalescent homes to Lindsay and Sierra hospitals then my last employer was private in home that's where I realized I was my happiest, the friendship and bond you create is so much more then just helping someone out and going on your way, I bonded and made a friend along the way which was good for all parties involved. I have been a stay at home mom and wife for the past 2-3 yrs now since I lost my friend due to the battle but I am eager to help another in need and possibly make a new friend.

I have always enjoyed helping other people live their lives to the fullest extent possible. I have compassion for the elderly and disabled and my goal is make their lives easier and more fulfilling for as long as possible. I have a personal commitment to making people as comfortable as they can be when they are ill or experiencing any condition that causes them to require in-home care.

I like to help people when givin the opportunity. I enjoy being a caregiver because I get to help them achieve their goals and become a better person everyday.

4+ years hands on experience in assisting an elderly family member with Alzheimer's disease. I am able to handle adverse situations with great precision, ability to manage medical emergencies appropriately. Knowledge of common old age diseases and how to manage them on a personal level. I will provide companionship, communication, light housekeeping, general assistance, personal care, meal preparation, transportation etc. I enjoyed being able to help care for an elderly person and knowing that I helped my family in time of need it was very rewarding to know I was able to provide professional care for my great-grandmother at a very young age.

I have always been naturally caring. It was in 2010 when I felt the calling. 2011 I went to school to get my CNA license. I took care of my daughter who was undergoing treatment at the time. In 2013 I officially used my license at a local rehab facility. It was hard to leave my patients at the rehab facility who I had became close to and loved. 2015 I started to work at Sierra View where I floated to multiple departments. During that time I gain a better knowledge of how to take care and treat my patients. I and now looking to help a family in need to take care of their love one.

I love being able to help care for people who aren't able to care for themselves fully. I love seeing the faces of my clients when they see me. They are always happy. I'm proud of being a care provider because this job isn't for everyone.
