I am a fast learner so if your loved ones are very particular I can take notes and talk to them and make sure they are happy with me and my services.

On top of giving quality care, you have to be compassionate. I am the one to listen to the person when they are upset or want to tell you a story from their past. I like to hear their concerns about life. I come from a large family and we all took care of each other. Besides helping others, I enjoy learning about someone's past.
