I became a Caregiver in 1998 because i enjoy helping others. I enjoy talking to and listening to the awesome stories that clients tell about their life. You began to get to know one another and build a bond. I am currently CPR and First Aid Certified. I have over 20+ years as a CNA.I am currently in school to finish my degree in Education. I am the type of person I like to serve others. I always thought caregiver is the suitable dream job for me. Helping the elderly and listening to their stories when they were young. Once I enter the field of caregiver I gained experience about how to professionally take care of my elderly people such as showers grooming toileting, as well as their specials needs. I learn from them for example favorite channel favorite food how they like things be done. My elderly people gets extremely happy when they know im going to be their caregiver for the day.

I used to care for my grandmother back home. This is my first time applying for a caregiver job here in the United States but I have took a CNA course and did my clinical hours. I am also currently in Nursing School so I have experienced taking care of patients so I do think, I will be a great fit for this job. I love taking care of people and that is the main reason why I decided to go into nursing and also become a caregiver. I am very proud of the fact that I have made it through two semesters of Nursing School, because nursing school is very hard and even though I have thought about giving up so many times I am still pushing through. I ALSO HAVE LETTERS OF APPRECIATIATION AND MANY REFEREENCES. I LOVE WHAT I DO AND DO WHAT I LOVE.
