I am from the Dominican Republic, l have 34 years old, l speak Spanish and English Fluently. l am a mother of 3 children 2,3 and 11 years old l am a very happy person compassionate and loving.

I'm very understanding and punctual , and treat people like people. I have respect and can understand boundaries , personal space but also reach goals that need to be reached. I started doing caregiving after my great grandmother passed. She was completely independent and ended on hospice so I learned it all starting with her and when she passed I missed that feeling of helping someone and the joy I brought to them. I'm proud of the women my grandmother raised and how she never needed for anything as long as I was around.

I have 18 years of caregiver experience. I have a CNA for about 15 years. I started caring for folks because back in Africa, we care for our family members so it has been something in my nature to care for people. When I care for elderly folks, I treat them as if they were my family members. I've worked with all types of senior patients. Most patients have conditions of stroke, dementia, mentally challenged patients, cancer patient, hospice etc.

I have time and patience for each one of my clients. I strive to make each one top priority when I am with them. My mom and grandmother are nurses and I use to go to work with them. Seeing there patience face light up when they got to work was great. Then watch how they took care of each one. It inspired me to make a difference. I love meeting new people. Traveling to different places. Meeting the families. I am a people person. My greatest achievement is finishing college while raising a family and working.

I love to help others and more if they are older or can't do they own stuff because I see them like my own family and think about if I can help them I'm going to do it. I will be so happy to help somebody else whenever they need my help is everything I want.

I have 18 years of experience as a CNA. I've been to various nursing home I worked on rehab unit for 15 yrs, home care, and billing and payroll.Decided to go back to school for nursing I love what I do it's rewarding to make a patients day with just helping with day to day activities.

I am 27 of age I have one child I use to teach for 7 years and then I transferred over to residential care pca work direct care helping others cleaning cooking and going out into the community helping my grandmother made me want to help others I have a open flexible schedule I went to medical school and graduated with a certificate. I have worked in the human service field since I was 18. I've always been the care taker for all. I've been in management for over 12 years, hiring staff to provide exceptional care to adults with disabilities. One things I have always said is that I can teach anyone anything but I cannot each them compassion. Staff that I've hired to care for our individuals most definitely have to be compassionate. I am a mother of 3 girls. I'm committed to ensuring that whoever needs care lives their life to their fullest potiential. I have an elderly ill father who I take care of who is my world. The care I would provide would be the care I would expect for him. I have a great sense of humor, dignity is important so I'm prideful in making sure my individuals live with dignity and pride. I myself am very prideful and always strive to do a great job. I get fulfillment out of making a difference in someone's life. I am responsible and reliable. What makes me a good care giver is that again I would make to give anyone the care that I would want for my own loved one.
